<p>We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS HCM Consultant to lead the implementation and support of human capital management solutions onsite in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise across the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS HCM modules. Author and maintain project documentation following OUM (Oracle Unified Method) standards (RD030, BP080, BR100, etc.). Conduct stakeholder workshops, business requirement discussions, and provide expert-level solution walkthroughs. Manage client expectations and bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience in the following Oracle EBS modules: Core HR: Workforce structures, position management, and employee lifecycle. Payroll: Complex payroll processing, legislative updates, and costing. SSHR (Self-Service HR): Personalization and workflow configurations. PMS (Performance Management System): Appraisal cycles and competency mapping. OLM (Oracle Learning Management): Course catalogs, enrollments, and certifications. REC (iRecruitment): Vacancy management and applicant tracking.</p>
<p>Reporting to Leasing Manager. Recording and updating details of prospective and existing landlords and tenants into computer database swiftly. Responsible to achieve the leasing target monthly. Make study on the Leasing rent, opportunities & project information etc. Following up with the listing & Availability of the lease units. Following with CRM team for the inquires and contact with the customers. Advertising available properties and conducting property tours / viewing as part of marketing activities. Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements. Completing reservation form, lease applications and assisting with verification of application information. Informing prospective tenants of results. Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate. Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns. Maintaining and storing documentation effectively. Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate leasing within Qatar . Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Qatari real estate regulations, tenancy laws, and contract documentation. Languages: Excellent command of English (verbal and written); proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.</p>
