Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, support tender submissions, and contribute to the successful delivery of civil construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Qatar.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• 7–10 years of experience in civil estimation and tendering

• Proven experience preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for civil construction projects

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, pricing, and estimation methodologies

• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

• GCC/Qatar experience is highly preferred

  
  

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Expertise in preparing detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates

• Capable of analyzing drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop competitive bids

• Adept at coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotations

• Proficiency in material cost analysis, budget forecasting, and value engineering opportunities

• Effective bid preparation, tender evaluation, and estimation documentation management

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
