The role will oversee GEC design and supervision contracts, supervision-only services, contract changes, addendums, claims, tender documentation, procurement reporting, and commercial procedures.</p><br><p>The position requires strong knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes, with particular emphasis on PWA procedures, Qatar Government requirements, PWA
