Cross-check hand-over forms with updated data in the RCS (legal system) and approve cases for further action.<br><br>Cheque Classification and Management <br><br> Categorize cheques by type (post-dated, returned) and ensure alignment with related cheque advice. Prepare and maintain Excel sheets capturing key cheque information (amount, signatory, due date, and cheque number). Store original cheques in secure legal custody under designated folders.<br><br>Cheque Processing <br><br> Monitor and ensure timely posting of cheques within a two-day window, if applicable. Validate that returned cheque advice does not exceed 30-day validity based on customer default.<br><br>Case File Preparation <br><br> Compile physical case files and ensure full updates in RCS, including scanned copies of all supporting documentation. Upload relevant attachments in the RCS for internal recordkeeping.<br><br>Police Complaint Submission <br><br> Draft and submit formal complaints to the Police Department, ensuring all required documentation is attached (including CB’s request for binding the defendant). Follow up with authorities to obtain police case numbers and ensure updates in the RCS and complaint registers.<br><br>Archiving and Legal Records <br><br> Archive all complaint documents, original cheques, and cheque advice in both legal custody report and digital e-store.<br><br>Judicial and Public Prosecution Follow-Up <br><br> Monitor and follow up on case hearings daily, if applicable. Notify LO/LM on the same day regarding recovery amount received from the court Monitor and reconcile transfers from civil courts into the legal suspense account. Notify the business of recoveries and ensure crediting to customer accounts.<br><br>Legal System and Case Tracker Maintenance <br><br> Ensure daily updates to the legal system (RCS) and monitor criminal case developments using the marker checker process.<br><br>Financial Reconciliation and Reporting <br><br> Maintain monthly reconciliation records for recovery amounts through civil and criminal proceedings. Share reconciliation reports with the legal Manager and Chief legal Officer Prepare and submit a Monthly Criminal Case Report detailing case outcomes to the legal Manager and Chief legal Officer Prepare monthly reports for case cancellations (criminal and civil) and maintain organized records. Generate monthly reports for all complaints scheduled for filing and share them with relevant stakeholders. Ensure proposed changes align with approved payroll budgets, forecasts, and workforce plans. Verify that all supporting performance reviews and documentation are attached. Follow up on approvals to ensure timely processing. Update promotion, transfer, and employment change letters in accordance with company guidelines. Coordinate distribution and collection of signed documentation from associates and departments. Update associate records in HRIS Systems. Maintain accurate digital and physical files for all employment changes. Update headcount reports and any other Talent & Culture records accordingly.<br>Payroll Management & HRIS Systems Administration Payroll Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and associate information at all times. Ensure updates are processed for new joiners, separations, promotions, transfers, salary changes, and other personnel movements. Ensure all associate documentation is uploaded and maintained in the HRIS and payroll systems. Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS and payroll system-related matters. Create and maintain positions within HRIS systems for recruitment, promotions, and transfers. Support system users and coordinate appropriate access levels. Ensure all positions and reporting lines are maintained accurately within the system. Update and monitor leave balances, public holidays, and attendance records. <p>The Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar is looking for an Executive Chef to join our talented pre-opening team! <p>The Executive Chef is responsible for all food production in Spuntino Restaurant, Duchess Tea Lounge, Loulou Plage, The Bar, In-Room Dining and the Employee Restaurant. The Executive Chef is also responsible for the Stewarding department to ensure highest cleaning practices are in place at all times.</p>
<p>The Executive Chef will develop menus, food purchase specifications and recipes. Supervise the kitchen and stewarding teams. Develop and monitor food and labor budget for the department. Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards at all times.</p>
<h4>Essential functions:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Plan menus for all food outlets in the Resort.</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate the work of chefs, cooks and other kitchen employees to assure that food preparation is economical and technically correct and within budgeted labor cost goals.</li>
<li>Approve the requisition of products and other necessary food supplies.</li>
<li>Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times.</li>
<li>Establish controls to minimize food and supply waste and theft.</li>
<li>Safeguard all food preparation employees by implementing training to increase their knowledge about safety, sanitation and accident prevention principles.</li>
<li>Develop standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation, which help to assure consistently high quality and to minimize food costs; exercise portion control for all items served and assist in establishing menu-selling prices.</li>
<li>Prepare necessary data for applicable parts of the budget; project annual food, labor and other costs and monitor actual financial results; take corrective action as necessary to help assure that financial goals are met.</li>
<li>Attend food and beverage staff and management meetings.</li>
<li>Consult with the Food & Beverage Director about food production aspects of special events being planned.</li>
<li>Cook or directly supervise the cooking of items that require skillful preparation.</li>
<li>Ensure proper staffing for maximum productivity and high standards of quality; control food and payroll costs to achieve maximum profitability.</li>
<li>Evaluate food products to assure that quality standards are consistently at the highest level.</li>
<li>Interact with food and beverage management to assure that food production consistently exceeds the expectations of members and guests.</li>
<li>In conjunction with F&B management team, assist in maintaining a high level of service principles in accordance with established standards.</li>
<li>Evaluate products to assure that quality, price and related goods are consistently met.</li>
<li>Develop policies and procedures to enhance and measure quality; continually update written policies and procedures to reflect state-of-the-art techniques, equipment and terminology.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment.</li>
<li>Provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff.</li>
<li>Ensure that representatives from the kitchen attend service lineups and meetings.</li>
<li>Periodically visit dining area when it is open to welcome members.</li>
<li>Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as directed.</li>
<li>Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel and discipline all employees in the department.</li>
<li>Provide, develop, train, and maintain a professional workforce.</li>
<li>Ensure all services to members are conducted in a highly professional and efficient manner.</li>
<li>Ensure a safe working environment and attitude on the part of all employees in areas of responsibility.</li>

<h4>Preferred qualifications and skills</h4>
<ul>
<li>Lead and direct the culinary team.</li>
<li>Ensure culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality.</li>
<li>Manage food costing, controls, and compliance.</li>
<li>Develop fine dining menus and culinary offerings.</li>
<li>Have high expectations for customer service and quality of food.</li>
<li>Have the ability and willingness to develop and train frontline employees.</li>
<li>Have a passion for food and innovation.</li>
<li>Ability to create marketing strategies and promotional menu items with Chef to increase business volumes.</li>
<li>Service passion for luxury hospitality and have an eye for details.</li>
<li>Preferably with experience in luxury hotel, resort or similar.</li>
<li>At least 6 years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.</li>
<li>Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.</li>
<li>Ability to read, speak and write English.</li>
<li>Service passion for luxury hospitality and have an eye for details.</li>
