<p>Check all incoming materials as per project specifications and approved material submittals.</p><br>
<p>Monitor WIRs and test reports and update the Quality Manager and site team on the status.</p><br>
<p>Establish and monitor control of QA/QC Plans, Method of Statements and Test Plans before commencement of the project and implementing it during the project in order to meet the project quality requirements and client’s expectations.</p><br>

<p>Inspect all materials internally before offering inspection to the consultant, raising the NCR to the supplier in case the substandard material is delivered, the record of inspection shall be included in the month Quality report.</p><br>
<p>Monitor WIR and test reports and update Management, Construction Team, Planning, Quantity Surveyors and Cost Control Departments about the current job status.</p><br>
<p>Maintain the records of all work and material inspection and provide the data in the weekly progress meetings.</p><br>
<p>Record all test results and ensure it's availability for steel along with the mill certificates.</p><br>
<p>Make sure that logs are available along with the test reports for all types of test as per the approved testing matrix.</p><br>
<p>Checks concrete pour cards are maintained on daily basis and copy is provided to the storekeeper to raise the SRV and to the cost controller/QS</p><br>

Job Description<br><br>The Advanced Field Service Engineer plays a crucial role in providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for complex machinery, equipment, or systems. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. You will lead cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and travel extensively to customer sites. The Field Service Engineer collaborates with internal teams and interacts directly with customers, ensuring the efficient operation and customer satisfaction with the products & services. Experience in custody transfer, Tank inventory Management system, Gas Flow Metering Systems & Skids, Flame & Gas Detection Systems with additional knowledge of Field Instrumentation.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>On-site Support: Provide technical assistance, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services for equipment or systems at customer locations. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to understand their requirements, address inquiries, and provide training on equipment operation and maintenance. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, equipment status, and updates on customer interactions. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to proactively identify and address potential equipment issues before they become critical. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to provide comprehensive customer service and support. Product Improvement: Provide feedback and insights to the engineering and product development teams for continuous improvement of products or services. Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and relevant technologies to enhance technical skills and provide effective support Safety and Compliance: Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, during all on-site service activities. Travel: Travel to customer sites as required, both domestically and internationally, to perform on-site service and support activities.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br> Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Relevant Diploma certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree. Proven experience in field service engineering or a related technical role. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of complex machinery, equipment, or systems. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Position: OD & Workforce Specialist Reports To: Head of Rewards & OD (Nakilat) Company: Qatar Fabrication Company Location : Ras Laffan / Qatar<br>Job Summary and Purpose Handle all activities related to the different Organizational Development initiatives, in terms of reviewing and updating organization structure, job description, and competency framework. As well as ensure the proper allocations of resources by defining current and future manpower needs to meet Qatar Fabrication Company strategic goals.<br>Key Accountabilities:<br>Organizational Development & Job Design:<br>Handle and implement the organization development initiatives while working closely with the various Divisions/Departments across Qatar Fabrication Company. Advice management on change and organizational development requirements in order to meet the business objectives of Qatar Fabrication Company and based on clear analysis and benchmarks with other leading Oil and Gas shipping companies. Develop, review and update job descriptions in coordination with Qatar Fabrication Company different Divisions/Departments, using the appropriate tools, which include interviews, questionnaires, job analysis, etc., to ensure that all job descriptions are accurate. Define and update the behavioral and technical competencies in addition to their respective proficiency levels that are required to perform the various jobs effectively in coordination with the appropriate stakeholders. Coordinate with the different functions within Qatar Fabrication Company in order to ensure that the competency framework is still relevant and make necessary adjustments when necessary. Coordinate with the Learning and Development section in the development of the competency matrices and performance management system and ensure that competencies are properly linked to the performance management system.<br>Workforce/ Manpower Planning: <br>Work closely with the various Divisions/Departments across Qatar Fabrication Company to gain a deep understanding of their workforce needs in line with the organization’s strategic goals. Advice management on workforce requirements to meet the business objectives and based on analysis and benchmarks with other leading peer organizations. Provide guidance and support to all Divisions and Departments in areas related manpower planning, and provide solutions and recommendations as needed. Analyze and review requests related to changes in the approved manpower plans and get all required information and justifications to seek approval/decision for the top management. A certification in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution (e.g. CIPD, PHR, SPHR, CIR, ACIR), is highly preferred.<br>Experience: 5 - 7 years of related experience of which a minimum of 3-5 years should be in a similar position / responsibility Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry and regional experience is preferred<br>Skills:Extensive Knowledge of organizational development principles and best practices Working Knowledge of HRM-ERP systems, preferably SAPKnowledge of Microsoft Office Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Python, or R).
