<p><strong>Role Overview</strong><br>This is a senior technology delivery leadership role responsible for all IT delivery activities across the T24 Core Banking Modernisation programme at a leading Qatar-based financial institution. The IT Workstream PM will own infrastructure, environments, architecture governance, system integrations, middleware delivery, data migration support, testing coordination, release management, cutover planning, and production readiness. The role requires someone who can act as the central technical orchestrator — coordinating multiple software vendors, system integrators, and internal technology teams toward a single integrated delivery plan while maintaining governance and accountability throughout.<strong><br>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>Architecture, Infrastructure & Environment<br>Coordinate with infrastructure teams to build and provision all programme environments. Validate vendor solutions against security, network, architecture, and data governance standards. Manage secure access provisioning including VPNs, network access, and environment permissions for all internal and external teams. Deep knowledge of API, middleware, Kafka, ESB, and REST integration architecture in a core banking context. Multi-vendor and System Integrator management experience on a complex concurrent delivery. <p>The MRAP/JLTV Vehicle C4I System Supervisor is responsible for managing and controlling the operations of the MRAP C4I systems installed in the MRAP vehicles. This includes managing access and security to equipment, accounting for all computer hardware, radios, installed electronics and any other removable electronic equipment, and providing technical expertise on hardware, software and user issues. Stays up to date on maintenance of all electronics upgrades as directed by the USAF. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).</p><p>Principal Accountabilities</p><ul><li>Troubleshoots/diagnoses/repairs MRAP's complete C4I electronic systems, encompassing Tactical Communication (TACOM), Intelligence, Reconnaissance, Surveillance & Navigation (ISRN), and Counter Radio Frequency Warfare (CREW) Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Defeat Systems.</li><li>Develops procedures for, plans and schedules C4I preventive maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations and environmental variance in the ME. Revise as indicated by usage historical data or directed by the manufacturer or customer.</li><li>Develops recon inspection procedures and ensures repair procedures are available and updated.
