Cloud Infrastructure Services & Administration Engineer (Azure & GCP) – L2/L3Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Services & Administration Engineer (L2/L3) to manage, maintain, and optimize hybrid IT infrastructure across on-premises, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, security, and performance of enterprise cloud and on-prem infrastructure, supporting core business systems, and working closely with Network, Security, SOC/NOC, and Application teams in a 24/7 operational environment. Key Responsibilities1. Hybrid Infrastructure Administration Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid infrastructure across on-premises, Azure, and GCP. Manage servers, storage, cloud services, and enterprise applications. Ensure system compatibility, integration, and interoperability across environments. Support onboarding of new cloud services, applications, and technologies.2. Cloud Administration (Azure & GCP) Administer and manage cloud environments in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Manage:Azure AD / Entra IDVirtual Machines Azure Backup & Site Recovery Storage Accounts VNets / NSGsApp Services Azure Monitor & Log Analytics Manage GCP services:Compute Engine Cloud Storage IAMVPC Networking Cloud Functions GKE (preferred)3. Infrastructure Monitoring & Optimization Monitor on-prem and cloud system performance. Prepare system health reports, performance analytics, and cost optimization reports. Implement proactive monitoring and alerting. Apply Fin Ops principles for cloud cost optimization.4. DNS/DHCP/IPAM Management Configure and manage Infoblox for enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM. Ensure secure and reliable IP asset management.5. Server & Application Administration Manage:Database servers Email servers Application servers Print servers Backup servers Support enterprise platforms including:Microsoft Share Point Microsoft Exchange Server System Center FIM6. Storage Administration Manage enterprise storage solutions including:HP Storage IBM Storage Net App Storage EMC Storage7. Security, Backup & DRPerform server audits, security reviews, and compliance checks. Manage backup and disaster recovery processes. Participate in DR drills and incident response activities. Work closely with SOC/NOC teams for incident management.8. Automation & Scripting Develop and maintain automation scripts using:Power Shell Shell scripting Support infrastructure automation and operational efficiency.9. Documentation & Process Improvement Maintain system architecture diagrams, configurations, process documents, and service records. Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements. Support new system implementations and upgrades. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience L2 Engineer: Minimum 5 years of experience L3 Engineer / Senior System Engineer: Minimum 8 years of experience
