Job Summary We are looking for an experienced VMware Professional Services Consultant to design, implement, migrate, and optimize VMware-based virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions. The consultant will work closely with customers, architects, project managers, and technical teams to deliver enterprise infrastructure projects and provide technical expertise throughout the engagement lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with VMware v Sphere, v Center, ESXi, v SAN, NSX, Aria, and VMware Cloud technologies, along with excellent customer-facing and consulting skills. Collaborate with networking, storage, security, cloud, and application teams. Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials. Provide technical leadership during project implementation and customer engagements. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to delivery teams. Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with VMware v Sphere, ESXi, and v Center. Experience with VMware clusters, HA, DRS, v Motion, Storage v Motion, and Lifecycle Manager. Strong knowledge of virtualization architecture and enterprise data centers. Experience with VMware v SAN.
