Job Summary We are looking for an experienced VMware Professional Services Consultant to design, implement, migrate, and optimize VMware-based virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions. The consultant will work closely with customers, architects, project managers, and technical teams to deliver enterprise infrastructure projects and provide technical expertise throughout the engagement lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with VMware v Sphere, v Center, ESXi, v SAN, NSX, Aria, and VMware Cloud technologies, along with excellent customer-facing and consulting skills. Provide technical leadership during project implementation and customer engagements. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to delivery teams. Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with VMware v Sphere, ESXi, and v Center. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span>Manage preventive and corrective maintenance across Network &amp; Infrastructure systems.<br>Oversee Network L2/L3, NOC, Netka, cable-management/CMS drawings, IPTV and clock systems.<br>Lead technical specialists and maintain certified resource coverage.<br>Own Level-3 technical support and manage OEM technical escalations.<br>Approve SOPs, method statements and preventive-maintenance schedules.<br>Provide technical input for infrastructure-related changes.<br>Support root-cause analysis and resolution of recurring and major incidents.<br>Monitor discipline performance and report to the Service Delivery Manager.<br></span><br><span>RequirementsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering/IT.<br>Certifications relating to core systems such as Aruba/HPE, Cisco and NMS.<br>ITIL Foundation.<br>Minimum 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in large enterprise or airport environments.<br>Previous team leadership experience.<br>Strong knowledge of network/infrastructure systems, troubleshooting and OEM management.<br>Leadership and mentoring capability.<br>Must meet airport security, HSE and cybersecurity requirements.<br></span><br> </div>
