Conducts annual Performance Development Discussions with Manor Club team members, supports them in their professional development goals. Plans and implements effective training program for all Manor Club/Apartment Lounge team members in coordination with the Area Learning & Development Manager. Creates and develops activities / activations for the Manor Club. Supports Departmental Trainers through on-going feedback and assistance at monthly meetings. Develops the skills and effectiveness of all Manor Club/Apartment Lounge team members through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring. Ensure the team is following the sustainability program in place. Prepares and posts monthly activity schedules. Ensures that Manor Club and Apartment Lounge operates with the lowest possible cost structure while also delivering on the promise to the guest, proactively managing costs. Conduct monthly inventories such as Liquor inventory, Linen inventory, OS&E, etc. Ensure all prices in the menu and POS are correct. Ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventative maintenance and other standards are consistently met. Coordinate the selection, purchasing, storage, inventory, maintenance and usage of all related Manor Club and Apartment Lounge supplies and equipment. Create and submit PO’s Prepare the Month end commentary report of the department. Ensures that all in-house news & requirements are communicated to team members and implemented.
