Lead discipline-related studies and design activities, ensuring technical adequacy, compliance with standards, and the evaluation of alternative solutions that best address end‑user requirements. Provide authoritative technical input into project execution strategies to ensure alignment with discipline-specific and overarching technical requirements. Establish and sustain a comprehensive program that guarantees expert in‑house discipline engineering support throughout all project phases. Serve as the owner of Qatar Energy’s discipline standards within the area of control, ensuring effective implementation of technical assurance and standardization processes, and providing oversight of engineering resources to maintain full compliance. Additionally, hold accountability for the technical approval of discipline-related vendors for inclusion in the Preferred Vendor List (PVL) and for endorsing vendor deviations. Ensure that all Instrumentation and Telecom technical elements across project scopes comply with approved codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. <p>Reporting to Leasing Manager. Recording and updating details of prospective and existing landlords and tenants into computer database swiftly. Responsible to achieve the leasing target monthly. Make study on the Leasing rent, opportunities &amp; project information etc. Following up with the listing &amp; Availability of the lease units. Following with CRM team for the inquires and contact with the customers. Advertising available properties and conducting property tours / viewing as part of marketing activities. Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements. Completing reservation form, lease applications and assisting with verification of application information. Informing prospective tenants of results. Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate. Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns. Maintaining and storing documentation effectively. Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate leasing within Qatar . Strong understanding of Qatari real estate regulations, tenancy laws, and contract documentation. Excellent command of English (verbal and written); proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.</p>
