Develops the skills and effectiveness of all Manor Club/Apartment Lounge team members through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring. Ensure the team is following the sustainability program in place. Prepares and posts monthly activity schedules. Encourages team members to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognizing them for their contribution to the success of the operation. Elaborate weekly schedules, approve vacations, etc. Ensure that Rosewood brand standards, LQA, FORBES, Sequence of service, product knowledge and all other departmental standards are implemented daily. Ensure the team has the necessary tools to execute their tasks up to standard. Conduct LQA and FORBES audits through GO Audits. Ensures that all Manor Club and Apartment Lounge team members deliver the promise and always provide exceptional Guest Services.
