The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, managing site supervision activities, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring that all structural works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.<br>Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline. BSc, BEng, BA, or equivalent qualification preferred.<br>Experience Minimum 15 years of total professional experience. Minimum 7 years of relevant/similar experience in structural engineering and construction supervision. Proven experience in a Resident Engineer role on major building, infrastructure, or structural projects. Experience managing structural construction works for large-scale projects is preferred. <p>Sorts guest items for appropriate action (Washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and then processes the clothing on the correct equipment, using the appropriate temperature and chemicals. Once processed, folds or hangs the clothing as desired. Loads washing machines with the appropriate items for a load. Weighs all loads and uses the appropriate amount and type of cleaning chemicals for each load. Sorts employee uniforms for appropriate action (Washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and then processes the clothing on the correct equipment using the appropriate temperature and chemicals. Once processed, hangs and transports clean uniforms to Housekeeping. Works on Stain removal of all linen as allocated by the Laundry Manager. Moves washed linens to dryers. Assures that load size and drying time is correct given linen being dried. Removes linen from driers and delivers it to appropriate area for folding. Ensures all chemicals and operating supplies such as iron hangers, laundry, and sewing supplies are well stocked Operates and maintains washing and drying equipment. Reports any problems or deficiencies to manager. Keeps laundry valet area organized and stocked with needed chemicals. Works in Valet department. Ensures all guest/ Manager linen is processed as per standard and delivered to the guests. Follows all guest contact standards while collecting/ delivering guest Laundry. Helps collect and deliver guest Laundry whenever necessary. Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Laundry Attendant.
