<p>As housekeeping attendant, you will support all housekeeping and laundry team for all aspects by delegating the day to day activities housekeeping and laundry within the hotel. Specifically, a housekeeping attendant will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:</p>

<li>Enter and prepare the room for cleaning.</li>
<li>Dust the room and furniture, replenish guestroom and bath supplies, clean the bathroom, clean the closet, vacuum, and rake the carpet.</li>
<li>Check and secure the rooms.</li>
<li>Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.</li>
<li>Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests.</li>
<li>Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.</li>
<li>Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g., steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required.</li>
<li>Clean guest bathroom, bedroom, and floor corridor.</li>
<li>Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.</li>
<li>Maintain positive guest relations at all times.</li>

Maintain in good working order all equipment allocated for cleaning on a daily basis.</span></span><br><span><span>•</span></span><span><span>Vacuum guest floor corridors as assigned and keep then clean throughout the day including dusting, spot marking and polishing.</span></span><br><span><span>•</span></span><span><span>Maintain the vacuum cleaners in good working condition with each vacuum cleaner to be returned daily fully cleaned and in working order.
