<p>Supervise and coordinate all instrumentation commissioning activities on the offshore facility. Plan, organize and monitor commissioning tasks in line with project schedule and commissioning procedures. Supervise loop checks, functional tests, calibration and start-up of instrumentation and control systems. Interface with Mechanical, Electrical and Process commissioning teams to ensure smooth handover and integration. Review and validate commissioning procedures, punch lists and completion certificates (MC/RFC packages).
