• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of ELV and ICT projects, ensuring successful implementation of systems like structured cabling, CCTV, access control, AV, and network infrastructure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, meticulously tracking progress and mitigating risks to stay on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving technical excellence in ELV and ICT solutions.
• Manage project documentation, maintaining accurate records of designs, installations, testing results, and handover procedures for comprehensive project closure.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Expertise in ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, AV) and ICT infrastructure (Structured Cabling, Networking, Wi-Fi).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex ELV and ICT projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and ELV/ICT design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges and project deviations.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and international ELV/ICT standards.
