We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Manager to join a reputable main contractor in Qatar. The successful candidate will take a lead role in managing the contractual aspects of large scale infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance, protecting the company’s interests, and driving project profitability.<br>Key Responsibilities:Oversee all contractual matters across major infrastructure projects. Lead contract administration, including preparation, negotiation, and management of claims, variations, and EOT submissions. Ensure compliance with FIDIC and other standard forms of contract. Support project teams in managing risks and contractual obligations. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve disputes and maintain strong relationships. Provide strategic commercial advice to senior management and project directors. Mentor and guide commercial and contract teams across the business.<br>Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related discipline. Minimum 15 years’ experience in commercial/contracts management, with at least 10 years in the Middle East. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day security operations across project sites and facilities Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard organizational personnel, assets, and information Conduct security risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and establish mitigation measures to minimize threats and risks Develop comprehensive security plans and emergency response strategies for project and operational requirements Ensure implementation and monitoring of access control systems, surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems, alarm systems, and related security technologies Monitor and ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and integration of all security systems and equipment Lead, supervise, and manage security personnel including training, task allocation, performance evaluation, and team development Coordinate and lead responses to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches while ensuring proper documentation and reporting Liaise with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders when required Conduct regular security audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and industry requirements Promote security awareness across the organization through training programs, briefings, and communication initiatives Continuously assess and improve security processes, procedures, and protocols based on emerging threats and operational requirements Maintain accurate security reports, records, and incident documentation Ensure compliance with company HSE standards, client requirements, and operational procedures Support management in implementing security improvements and strategic initiatives Mandatory Requirements Diploma / Degree in any discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Projects as Security Manager Strong knowledge of industrial and project security operations Experience in handling security systems, emergency response, and incident management Good computer proficiency with strong knowledge of MS Office and email communication Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills Army / BSF / CRPF / CISF candidates with GD background (Subordinate Officers / JCOs / NCOs) having minimum 10 years of service and clean records preferred
