Job Summary<br><br>This role is part of the Business or Office Systems Group comprising of Systems Analysts. The primary responsibility is to analyse the business needs to help identify business problems and propose solutions. They should work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.<br><br>The Senior IT Systems Analyst should be able to run internal IT projects and play a significant role in major IT related projects by safeguarding the standards for Project Management, Change Management, documentation, training, and quality of the projects, ensuring that budgets are adhered to, and deadlines met.<br><br>They should follow standard software operations/development methodology. The QAQC Engineer is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems across all carpentry, joinery, and fit-out manufacturing activities. The role ensures that all products, materials, and workmanship comply with approved drawings, specifications, client requirements, applicable standards, and company quality procedures.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 or company standards. Prepare and update Quality Plans, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for joinery and fit-out works. Ensure QA procedures cover all stages of manufacturing, including material procurement, fabrication, finishing, packing, and delivery. Coordinate internal audits and assist during external audits by clients, consultants, or certification bodies. Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements to identify quality requirements and risks. Establish quality objectives and monitor performance through KPIs and quality reports. Promote a quality-driven culture across production and project teams. Quality Control (QC) Responsibilities Conduct incoming material inspections for timber, boards, veneers, laminates, hardware, finishes, adhesives, and accessories. Perform in-process inspections during cutting, machining, assembly, veneering, laminating, finishing, polishing, and pre-installation mock-ups. Monitor workmanship quality for factory-made and site-installed joinery and fit-out items. Ensure proper calibration and use of measuring and inspection tools. Project & Site Coordination Liaise with Project Managers, Production Managers, Factory Supervisors, and Site Engineers on quality matters. Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors. Support factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site inspections prior to delivery or installation. Ensure quality compliance during site installation, rectification works, and snag clearance. Assist in preparation of handover documents, warranties, and quality dossiers when required. Job Summary<br><br>The Senior QA/QC Engineer is responsible for leading and overseeing Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across the fertilizer complex to ensure that plant assets, materials, equipment, and construction activities comply with applicable international standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle. The role provides technical assurance for procurement, fabrication, welding, construction, inspection, testing, and material quality, while promoting a proactive "Quality at Source" culture to enhance asset reliability, mechanical integrity, and process safety.<br><br>The position also maintains compliance with ISO/IEC 17020 requirements by implementing and continually improving the Inspection Body Management System, supporting accreditation, and ensuring effective quality management practices across the Asset Integrity function.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Lead and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities across all QAFCO plants and facilities to ensure compliance with company specifications, international standards, and statutory requirements.
