The NER / FTTx Active Network Engineer/Technician is responsible for supporting day-to-day activities related to the operation, maintenance, and updating of FTTx active network infrastructure. The role involves fiber patching, card installation, network topology updates, inventory and GIS records management, and providing technical support for BAU activities to ensure service continuity and network integrity. Key Responsibilities Perform fiber patching and installation of GPON/XGPON cards and associated hardware. Update network topology records and maintain as-built documentation for OLT infrastructure. Support daily Network Engineering Records (NER) activities and ensure accuracy of network data. Manage and update GIS and inventory systems related to FTTx active networks. Install and commission active network equipment, including OLTs, UPEs, and transport equipment. Perform AC/DC power connections and hardware integration activities. Pumps rotating aspects (Mechanical seals, impeller, bearing, shaft, coupling, and joints)<br>2. Cooling tower rotating aspects (Fan blades, shaft, gearbox, coupling, and joints)<br>3. Air Compressor<br>4. AHU fans and blower<br>5. Overhead crane gearbox, pulley, trolley track, drum, wire rope, brake, and wheels<br>6. Mechanical forklift<br>7. Mechanical manlift<br>8. Fan Coil Units and Split Casing Units (Compressors, Outdoor unit, fan, and blowers)</p><p>Supervise, guide, and monitor work done by external vendors.</p><p>Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklist or forms as part of daily routine work.</p><p>Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables either from internal store or external location.</p><p>Utilize, maintain and safe keep specific tools assigned by company.</p><p>Maintain proper tools, PPE s, Spares and provide annual requirements.</p><p>Respond to emergency situations during or after hours as part of business continuity.</p><p>Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as per QCFE.</p><p>Where applicable, aid and support to other team members within and across the discipline, whenever required.</p><p>Participate in QC provided training as deemed fit by management.</p><p>Perform any other related duty as assigned by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with the provisions of the labor law.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Candidates must have at least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate</p><p>The job requires Male applicants.</p><p>Minimum of 5 years working experience is required for this position</p>

The Airfield Sweeping Technician performs airfield sweeping and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) removal operations to ensure runways, taxiways, aprons, ramps, and associated paved surfaces remain safe for aircraft operations at Al Udeid Air Base. This position supports continuous airfield operations by operating sweeping equipment and following established safety, security, and operational procedures in compliance with U.
