<p>Monitor the activities of the outsourced Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Contractor at site by reviewing daily reports, calibration reports, maintenance activities/reports, and Quality Control (QC) activities performed to ensure proper operation of the stations. Ensure property and equipment are secure. Verify that the spare parts interchanged by the contractor are original and as per approved specifications. Control all operational and maintenance activities at the ambient air quality stations and ensure all control systems related to the ambient air quality networks. Review and evaluate data to detect possible abnormalities related to the functioning of the stations and report to the section for further action. Keep records of all station inventories, data, reports, logs, and certificates to ensure traceability of results generated. Maintain systems to track schedules for maintenance, calibrations, and re-certifications on a timely basis and verify compliance by the Contractor. Report HSE statistics of the Contractors on a monthly basis. During emergencies, be available 24x7 and participate in incident investigations and provide ambient air quality and meteorological data to the investigating team. In case of incidents, ensure movement of the mobile monitoring AAQM station to the incident location by obtaining proper permits and securing power supply, etc. Accompany and assist the Technical Systems and Performance Audit Contractor during scheduled audits. Conduct independent first-party internal audits to verify AAQM station performance. Make regular station visits to oversee overall station functions (e.g., AC maintenance, generator tests, pest control, and general maintenance of the stations). Raise SAP requests and coordinate with the maintenance division for overall station maintenance. Maintain and raise SAP requests for troubleshooting Air Quality Modelling Servers.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation / Meteorology / Environmental / Science (Chemistry, Physics) or equivalent qualification.
