As Logistics Manager, you will play a central role in keeping site operations running efficiently across complex construction environments. <p>We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QAQC Manager to lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities for marine, offshore, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and project requirements
Establish and oversee QAQC procedures, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality checklists
Lead and manage a team of QAQC Engineers, Inspectors, and document controllers across multiple projects
Ensure all construction activities (piling, excavation, quay wall, concrete works, piping, rock filling, etc.) comply with approved drawings, specifications, and codes
Review and approve contractor/subcontractor quality submittals including material certifications, ITPs, and test reports
Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and third-party testing agencies for joint inspections and witness points
Conduct regular site audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards
Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
Review and approve material test reports (concrete, steel, rock, aggregates, etc.) and supplier qualifications
Prepare and present quality reports, dashboards, and monthly summaries to senior management and clients
Ensure all quality documentation is maintained properly including inspection records, test certificates, and as-built documentation
Lead quality audits (internal and external) and ensure timely closure of findings
Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality standards and best practices
Liaise with classification societies, flag state authorities, and regulatory bodies for quality compliance on marine assets

Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 (preferred)
Professional certifications such as CSWIP, AWS, NACE, or ASQ are advantageous
Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ISO, ASTM, BS, ACI, API, DNV, ABS)
Experience working with clients, consultants, and third-party testing agencies
Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office Suite
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus

Job Purpose<br>• To market /cross sell treasury products and services to existing client base and to solicit acceptable new relationships, including large corporate clients, in order to meet pre set financial and non financial objectives.<br>• Formulate and execute marketing strategies in coordination with RM’s within Qatar and TCM Dubai.<br>• Manager dealing responsibilities on FX & Money Market desk<br>• Develop product capabilities to enhance TCM sales revenues<br>• Generate funding center revenues by optimizing deployment of funds cross currencies<br><br>Key Results Areas<br>• Service assigned top tier corporate accounts as well as other desk accounts to achieve individual and team targets.<br>• Strategize, develop and execute game plan for the TCM Sales business in order to meet assigned objectives.<br>• Create FX, Interest Rate, Equities & Bonds and Hybrid derivative structures and achieve profit targets by marketing FX, Interest Rates & Commodity derivatives, Bonds, Equities to clients in Qatar to leverage our capabilities in Dubai.<br>• Develop technical know-how to keep abreast of latest product development in the FX, derivatives and futures area in order to service clients<br>• Disseminate dynamics of created structures to team members.<br>• Demonstrate consistent growth for Treasury and Investment business through offering sound advice and tailor- made solutions to existing and potential clients to maximize earnings.<br>• Identify and acquire new to bank clients to add to the treasury portfolio<br>• Enhance economic profit by cross selling other products and services of the bank.<br>• Manage dealing responsibilities on FX & MM desk. Provide adequate funding / cover and maintaining profitable buying / selling spreads for daily overall bank foreign exchange transactions.<br>• Managing Doha branches foreign currency positions with H. O, to maintain overnight foreign currency limits within TCM approved FX limits. Identify and reconciliation of any exceptions to the limits.<br>• Recording and maintenance of transaction entries in the position book. Providing regular MIS reporting to TCM HO, and addressing any queries related to Treasury activities.<br>• Develop counterparty relationships to ensure competitive prices on FX, derivative and liability products.<br>• Adhere to all dealing room and credit limits so that no unauthorized exposure is taken.<br>• Maintain code of dealing ethics and conduct to achieve industry standards<br>• Contribute to the Bank’s financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes<br>• Timely execution of deals with TCM HO / counterparties to act within HO cut off times and inter-market currency trading cut off’s.<br>• Drive country level ALCO strategies in terms of liability and asset matching and fund mobilization tactics.<br>• Produce market reports, research to be circulated to clients<br>• Liaise closely with the regulator to ensure regular supply of FCY<br><br>Knowledge Skills and Experience<br>• A Post graduate in finance or an MBA, preferably CFA<br>• At least 5-10 years of sales experience in a large institution, selling FX, Interest Rates & Commodity Derivatives.<br>• Strong quants orientation<br>• Excellent interpersonal, communication, lateral thinking and analytical skills with ability to perform as a team player<br>• Comprehensive understanding of derivatives and related products with the ability to package products.
