<h4>Key responsibilities:</h4>

<li>Supervise children at all times.</li>
<li>Develop and implement activities for the children.</li>
<li>Plan and develop activities and programs consistent with the child’s development.</li>
<li>Design kids birthday packages and any other kids events such as Easter and Christmas.</li>
<li>Conduct inventory of kids toys, games, etc.</li>
<li>Work as a member of a team and share relevant information about the kids club with other team members.</li>
<li>Work within the policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Participate in the weekly staff meetings.</li>
<li>Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.</li>
<li>Ensure that all toys and objects are safe and clean.</li>
<li>Establish a rapport with guests and residents, providing guest recognition and good customer relationships.</li>

<li>Be responsible for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas.</li>
<li>Monitor and assist with all children’s activities that are part of the kids club activities.</li>
<li>Plan and execute safe, fun-filled and educational daily scheduled programs for guests ranging in ages from 5 to 12.</li>
<li>Prepare the KFAS facility on a daily basis to handle a minimum of 5 children.</li>
<li>React to changes in scheduling, weather or number of children with prepared backup plans.</li>
<li>Arrange for food from In Villa Dining as required by guests and assist with the service.</li>
<li>Converse with guests and answer questions regarding the resort.</li>
<li>Provide orientation of KFAS facility, and when available, of the Spa and Wellness Center.</li>
<li>Promote and upsell excursions to guests, customizing where necessary to meet guest needs.</li>
<li>Execute the tasks of a Wellness agent, Kid’s Club, or Fitness Attendant as needed.</li>

<h4>Responsibilities:</h4>

<li>The Sushi Chef supports the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the Nobu kitchen, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of exceptional dishes in accordance with Four Seasons and Nobu standards. This role is responsible for supervising kitchen operations during assigned shifts, supporting the development of the culinary team, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and contributing to the efficient operation of the kitchen.</li>
<li>Support the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in the daily operation of the Nobu kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service.</li>
<li>Supervise kitchen employees during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support to maintain quality, consistency, and productivity.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of all menu items, ensuring they meet Nobu's culinary standards and presentation guidelines.</li>
<li>Ensure cooking methods, portion sizes, recipes, and plating standards are consistently followed.</li>
<li>Monitor food quality throughout preparation and service, addressing any issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Assist with the training, coaching, and development of kitchen employees, ensuring adherence to Four Seasons culture, standards, and operating procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in compliance with Four Seasons policies and local health regulations.</li>
<li>Monitor cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of all kitchen areas, equipment, and refrigeration units.</li>
<li>Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, ordering, and receiving to minimize waste and maintain appropriate stock levels.</li>
<li>Support food cost control by ensuring proper portioning, minimizing waste, and following established recipes and purchasing guidelines.</li>
<li>Assist with recipe maintenance and costing through the food and beverage ordering system as required.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with chefs, managers, and other departments to ensure operational needs are met and service runs efficiently.</li>

<h4>Job Description:</h4>
<p>The Server Assistant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.</p>
<p>The Server Assistant position assists the Food Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.</p>
<p>Server Assistant clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.</p>
<p>Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.</p>
<h4>Preferred Qualifications and Skills</h4>
<p>This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge. Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.</p>
<p>The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons standards is required. In addition to discreetly clearing tables, the Server Assistant performs side work, polishes silverware, and refills condiment containers and crumbs tables.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task!</p>
<p>Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.</p>
<p>Degree or diploma in hotel management.</p>
