The role also serves as second-in-command to the Senior Associate Dean for Faculty and Academic Affairs, supporting academic decision-making, and departmental leadership.</span></p><br><br><p><span>The position is for a 3 year term, eligible for renewal.</span></p><br><br><p><span><b><u>Key Accountabilities:</u></b></span></p><br><ul><li><span>Oversee the processes for recruitment, appointment, reappointment, and promotion of full-time core and teaching faculty, and the recruitment and appointment of adjunct faculty.</span></li><li><span>Communicate and advise faculty on relevant university policies and procedures, and assist the Associate Dean in tracking compliance.</span></li><li><span>Oversee and coordinate a high volume of administrative processes, including those related to promotion, reappointment, research leave, faculty merit, overload teaching, and course banking.</span></li><li><span>Serves as second-in-command to the Senior Associate Dean for Faculty and Academic Affairs, supporting high-level academic decision-making and departmental leadership.</span></li></ul><p><span><b><u>Key Activities:</u></b></span></p><br><ul><li><span>In consultation with the Dean, Associate Dean, and Faculty Chair, coordinate full-time faculty searches and oversee recruitment processes.</span></li><li><span>Manage the appointment processes for and support of visiting faculty, including from the main campus in Washington, DC, in consultation with curricular field chairs, the Faculty Chair, the Associate Dean, and the Dean.</span></li><li><span>Recruit and hire adjunct instructors, in consultation with the Dean, Associate Dean, Faculty Chair, and curricular field chairs.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with other units to ensure the effective academic onboarding and orientation of new faculty.</span></li><li><span>In consultation with the Associate Dean and Faculty Chair, review faculty travel requests.</span></li><li><span>Oversee curricular activities fund and curricular group funding, ensuring usage of funds is in accordance with their respective policies.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with the Office of Research to manage certain administrative aspects of research programs and processes (including summer supplement), like collecting and tracking proposals and overseeing payouts.</span></li><li><span>Support the Dean, Associate Dean, and Faculty Chair to ensure that all faculty meet workload standards.</span></li><li><span>Work with the Office of the Dean, Faculty Chair, and Provost Office to ensure the timely and efficient initiation and completion of reappointment and promotion processes as mandated in the Faculty Framework.</span></li><li><span>Manage collection of Faculty Annual Reports and work with faculty to secure timely and complete submissions.</span></li><li><span>Work with the Faculty Merit Committee to ensure timely reporting of annual faculty merit scores; work with HR to issue merit letters.</span></li><li><span>Facilitate faculty requests for research leaves and, in collaboration with the Associate Dean and Faculty Chair, make sabbatical recommendations to the Dean; <p>F15QA Flight Line Plans and Scheduling/MOC</p><br><br><br><p><b>Company:</b></p><br><br>Boeing Qatar Incorporated<br><br><p>Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking for a <b>F15QA Flight Line Plans and Scheduling/MOC (Maintenance Controller) </b>to assist in our maintenance efforts at <b>Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar</b>.</p><br><br><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Proactively leads and manages TCTOs, TCIs, and SIs for all assigned aircraft, to include working with internal and external stakeholders. Routinely spearheads and conducts meetings with peers, stakeholders, supervision, production staff, and St. Louis retrofit team to achieve optimal fleet health and program success.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Reviews and documents aircraft 781 forms to ensure TCTOs, TCIs, and SIs are scheduled, documented and/or executed. Creates & maintains historical aircraft documentation files and data collection to aid in program management and ensures documentation of TCTO compliance IAW 00-20 series TOs.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Utilizes forward-thinking and resourcefulness to anticipate problems and advise/recommend proper action planning to CLS Site Managers, teammates, and peers to achieve optimal fleet health regarding aircraft TCTO, TCI, and SI matters.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Reviews and clarifies any/all new TCTOs before chairing formal TCTO meeting. Leads formal TCTO planning and discussion meetings with all essential parties and requests clarification of any TCTO requirements with appropriate TCTO managing agencies both internally and externally.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Teams with supply logistics, maintenance execution teams, and any other key agencies to ensure all parts, kits, tooling, supplies, special equipment, and consumables are ordered and/or on-hand to execute TCTOs, TCIs, and SIs.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Ensures that Immediate Action TCTOs are implemented upon receipt and Urgent Action TCTOs are brought to the attention of local maintenance management/supervision within 24 hours of receipt IAW 21-101.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Monitors and coordinates sortie generation, maintenance production, and execution of the operations and maintenance schedules while maintaining visibility of fleet health indicators. Through coordination with maintenance units, the MOC communicates priorities for competing limited resources (such as, fuel or calibration docks, wash racks, and dispatched specialists from the maintenance squadron(s) (for example, egress) based on daily operations schedule and maintenance priorities.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Monitors the status of aircraft/systems, as directed, (via electronic or manual visual aids) including ETIC, progress of FCFs, and location of each aircraft on station. Maintain and update aircraft generation line up and display aircraft status. Track aircraft maintained or supported by the unit but not on station (Aircraft cross-country).</li></ul><br><ul><li>Use aircraft fault reporting manuals and include fault codes when documenting discrepancies in the aircraft forms. Debrief Section will use automated debrief tools such as the Computerized Fault Reporting System, AMDS, or equivalent. Implements procedures for reporting dropped objects, aborts, code 3 flight control malfunctions and engine malfunctions.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Checks AFTO Form 781H, Aerospace Vehicle Flight Status and Maintenance, to ensure updates to airframe time and applicable servicing data (in-flight/hot pit refueling) are entered on the AFTO Form 781H or equivalent and/or applicable debrief system during the pilot/aircrew debrief.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Inputs aircrew discrepancy verbatim and deviation information, utilization, and applicable flight data (to include landing status, system capability). Identify and research discrepancies for repeat/recur trends and document them accordingly on the AFTO Form 781A. Debrief Section will ensure previously documented discrepancies are reviewed and identified as repeat/recurs on the AFTO Form 781A.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Maintains historical documents and maintenance data essential for the development of wing plans, schedules, and analysis of historical maintenance events. Maintains historical maintenance data within the MIS or alternate system. Develop wing maintenance plans using MIS aircraft/system historical data input by all maintenance personnel.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Provides subject matter expertise on all maintenance scheduling issues and equipment historical document AFTO Form 95 management to QA and/or leadership during inspection/evaluations.</li></ul><br><ul><li>Provides dedicated support to AMXS/AMU. Attend and actively participate in daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling, and quarterly and yearly planning programs and meetings. Inform Unit supervision of maintenance capabilities or limiting factors that could affect maintenance production. <li>Ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of the training program for project personnel. Verify that training programs are executed according to Project contract requirements and SHES Plan.</li>
<li>Coordinate periodic meetings with the Contractor to review progress and report on Project SHES performance. Ensure weekly and monthly SHES meetings are organized by the Contractor as per contract requirements. Report consolidated weekly and monthly SHES performance to the Project SHES Division Manager. Ensure the Contractor performs trend analysis on all incidents and observation/action cards and includes the results in periodic reports. Support and facilitate site SHESsteering committee meetings with the Contractor SHES Counterpart.</li>
<li>Drive safety culture transformation through leadership, communication, and engagement at all project organization levels by supporting the implementation of Incident and Injury Free program incoordination with the Contractor SHES counterpart. Participate in the Weekly Management tour and subsequent debriefing, ensuring findings are recorded by the Contractor in the SHES Action Tracking Register as per contract requirement).</li>
