<li>To establish and maintain a fit for purpose, integrated portfolio, programme and project performance reporting capability, leveraging enterprise systems and digital platforms, to support timely, data driven decision making by Project Services and Directorate management.</li>

<li>Act as the business focal point for project and portfolio performance reporting systems, ensuring alignment with SAP S/4HANA (PS/EPPM) and enterprise reporting platforms.</li>
<li>Translate business reporting and performance requirements into functional system and data models, working closely with ICT and system owners.</li>
<li>Develop and manage business intelligence dashboards, analytics and trend reports to provide actionable insights on cost, schedule, progress, risks and performance.</li>
<li>Coordinate, consolidate and synthesize inputs from project teams, Planning, Cost & Budget and SMEs to produce concise, executive level management reports and presentations.</li>
<li>Support portfolio level visibility, cross project analysis and management oversight by identifying trends, deviations, risks and improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization of reporting and performance management processes; prepare business cases and detailed functional requirements and support benefits realization.</li>
<li>Analyze process and system performance data to identify opportunities for efficiency, standardization and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Engage effectively with internal stakeholders (Projects, Planning, Cost, ICT) to ensure data quality, reporting consistency and alignment.</li>

Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements. Enter Marriott Rewards information. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions. Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify/adjust billing. Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists. Complete cashier and closing reports. Supply guests with directions and property information. Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary. Follow up to ensure requests have been met. Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges. Balance and drop receipts. Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift.
