PLANT INSPECTOR - QATAR<br><br>Job Purpose<br><br>Execute and support inspection activities during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset to ensure a safe, efficient and reliable operation of the new facilities by early defect detections in accordance with established policies, procedures, instructions and targets.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Carries out external visual examinations complemented with NDT examination as required on Company equipment such as vessels, boilers, heat exchangers, pressure safety devices, piping, lifting equipment according to Company established policies and procedures and issues inspection reports. Performs preliminary integrity assessment of static equipment and piping according to Company established policies and procedures, interprets findings and issues inspection reports using Meridium or similar software. Inspects maintenance and capital project works being carried out in the field, to ensure that established maintenance practices and procedures are followed for welding, painting, fabrication and installation as per policy and in compliance with relevant applicable international codes and standard. Carries out or supervises NDT tests on mechanical equipment and piping according to the instructions from Supervisor or Corrosion Engineer. Tests include dye penetrant examination, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, hardness tests, eddy current, IRIS, thermography, PMI, Metallography, boroscopy and use of special equipment to determine DFT of paint and ferrometer for stainless steel welding tests and other tests and inspections as required. Follows all required safety procedures while carrying out the work. Initiates inspection recommendation using Meridium and/or via appropriate notification and tracks progress to completion to ensure mitigation of potential risks. Maintains company inspection instruments, tools, and equipment in good and operational condition. Coordinates for planning and procuring of additional instruments as required. Undertakes additional specific inspection related duties as directed by Inspection Engineer/Senior Inspection Engineer to fulfil annual targets and special tasks. Ensures proper maintenance of inspection reports and records. Maintains various records in the computerized systems, updating inspection test results and other data as required. Implements inspection recommendation by notifications raised through SAP and then tracking the progress until completion of work. Coordinates and supervises contractor resources team when required to ensure service compliance with company requirements as well as quality of service provided.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>HND in Engineering.<br><br>Knowledge And/or Experience<br><br>4 Years of in-service inspection experience.<br><br>Technical And Business Skills<br><br>Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written skills). Computer literate in MS Word and Excel and knowledgeable in relevant software tools and specifications. Conversant with using Meridium or similar Data Management Software. Awareness in risk based inspection, Corrosion/corrosion control and damage mechanisms. Basic awareness in relevant plant processes and materials. Knowledge in the following inspection technologies: UT, MT, PT, RT, and Advanced NDT. Conversant with relevant international codes and specifications. Job Purpose/ Objectives Develop inspection and testing program to mitigate all risks identified through RBI that may cause a hazardous chemical release or production loss. Carry Out day to day inspection activity of assigned area/plant as per inspection schedule.<br>Accountabilities Plant Inspection of Pressure Vessels, Piping and Tanks Attend Corrective repair inspection on need basis. This includes preparing/approving Repair and alteration travel sheets and stage wise inspection. Prepare inspection reports and inspection recommendations after documenting inspections in Meridium and generating SAP Notifications. Follow up of Inspection Recommendations with maintenance and Production until completion. PRV Schedules, Documentation and updating Meridium. Turnaround Inspection and Documentation. Weekly Call out and leave coverage of colleague. Designated Site Representative for external NDT Technicians and inspectors Arrang and coordinate NDT Technicians, Contract inspectors and external contractors, Verifying Contractor Quality requirements, documentation. Conduct Toolbox talks, safety coaching and supervision of Contract inspectors and technicians. Projects Inspection, Welder Qualification, Verification of Quality Documents Lead Team of Contract Inspectors/ NDT Technicians during turnaround. RITs and other reliability improvement efforts Identify Reliability Improvement opportunities and initiate proactive actions to prevent failures and reduce risk to plant personal and equipment. Attend Multidisciplinary RIT meetings and carry forward reliability improvement efforts. Attend Coordination meetings with Production / Maintenance and Technical. Conduct root cause failure analysis along with assigned stationary equipment engineer and act provide all field data and observations. OE Compliance, ISO 9001, Responsible Care and Insurance Requirements Follow up all action tracker items related to Mechanical Integrity and ensure that all are completed before due date. Ensure that all Mechanical Integrity requirements of Plant Insurer are met and successfully manage insurance Audits. Conduct internal audits in time to ensure compliance of MI procedures. Ensure that company succeeds in OE, ISO, Responsible care and Insurance Audits. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of departmental systems, policies, processes, and practices taking into account ‘international leading practices’ in order to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Provide critical input to support the development of Equipment Reliability Section’s systems, policies, processes, and procedures in order to meet business requirements. Ensure team members comply with all Equipment Reliability Section’s policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security and environmental procedures and controls across Equipment Reliability Section to guarantee employee safety and delivery of high-quality products/services. Role Overview<br><br>Serve as the technical expert and advisor for the USAF Munitions Surveillance Program.<br><br>Manage the program and inspector qualification and certification activities under DAFMAN 21-201.<br><br>Perform surveillance inspections to identify serviceability, hazards, deterioration, and accountability issues.<br><br>Principal Accountabilities<br><br>Manage training, certification, and evaluations of assigned Munitions Inspectors. Advise the Munitions Superintendent and monitor inspector performance for negative trends. Operate and analyze TICMS products to ensure stockpile accuracy. Inspect munitions and containers under applicable technical directives. Enforce USAF, host-nation explosives safety, AFOSH, and security standards. Document serviceability and accountability actions and resolve discrepancies. Conduct warehouse inventories and correct discrepancies. Oversee inspection and certification of munitions brass, residue, and containers. Recondition, repair, and replace defective or missing parts. Perform munitions storage, equipment operation, safety briefings, entry-control, and standby duties.<br><br>Minimum Requirements<br><br>Intermediate knowledge of USAF Supply and Technical Order systems or a U. S. military service equivalent. Intermediate knowledge of management information systems applicable to precision-guided munitions activities. Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, including Power Point, Excel, and Word. Valid home-country driver's license and ability to obtain a host-nation driver's license. High school diploma or equivalent and formal USAF Munitions Systems training or equivalent. Meet Senior Munitions Inspector prerequisites under DAFMAN 21-201. Job Description<br><br>The role is responsible for protecting the organization’s information assets by defining the security strategy and ensuring effective management of the risks and threats that may impact the organization. The Head of Information Security provides leadership in establishing a secure and resilient operating environment, promotes a strong security culture, and ensures compliance with applicable regulatory and governance requirements. As a senior executive, the Head of Information Security advises executive management on security-related matters and ensures that security objectives remain aligned with business priorities and organizational goals.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Develop a deep understanding of the organization's business objectives, operating environment and critical information assets. Define the information security strategy and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Establish and maintain the organization’s security governance framework. Define and oversee security policies and strategic security initiatives. Ensure that security risks are identified, assessed and managed appropriately. Promote security awareness and foster a culture of accountability across the organization. Provide executive oversight during significant security incidents and crisis situations. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards and governance requirements. Periodically assess the effectiveness of the organization’s security capabilities and improvement initiatives. Define executive metrics and performance indicators to measure security effectiveness and risk exposure. The role is responsible for reviewing certification applications, evaluating organizations’ compliance with national and international security standards, conducting cyber security risk assessments and audits, and ensuring consistency, impartiality, and quality throughout the certification lifecycle.</p><p>The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in information security
