Support competency development and performance evaluations.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory) Master's Degree (Preferred) Chartered Engineer (CEng), PE, or equivalent professional registration is an advantage.<br><br>Experience<br><br>Minimum 12–15 years of mechanical design experience. At least 5 years in a Lead Mechanical Engineer role. Extensive experience in infrastructure engineering consultancy. Strong experience delivering projects in Qatar or GCC. Proven experience on large-scale infrastructure developments.
