Job Content Role Objective: To provide electrical engineering support for the successful delivery of Design & Build interior fit-out projects by reviewing electrical designs, supervising installation works, coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces, monitoring construction quality, and ensuring all electrical and ELV systems are designed, installed, tested and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, requirements and applicable statutory regulations. 4.1 Key Accountabilities <ul><li>Review electrical design drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), load calculations, lighting calculations, shop drawings, material submittals and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications, Company requirements and applicable codes.</li><li>Supervise and inspect the installation of all electrical systems including power distribution, lighting systems, emergency lighting, small power, distribution boards, cable containment, wiring systems, earthing, lightning protection (where applicable) and associated electrical equipment.</li><li>Review and monitor the installation of ELV systems including structured cabling, data and voice networks, CCTV, access control, public address systems, intercom systems, IPTV, audio-visual systems, BMS interfaces and other low-current systems included within the project scope.</li><li>Coordinate electrical works with architectural, mechanical, fire protection and ICT disciplines to ensure proper integration and compliance with approved designs.</li><li>Review equipment selections and verify compliance with approved schedules, energy efficiency requirements and manufacturer recommendations.</li><li>Monitor construction progress, review inspection requests, identify technical issues, issue observations and non-conformance reports (NCRs), and verify corrective actions.</li><li>Witness testing and commissioning activities including insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, functional testing, emergency lighting testing, ELV system integration, power-on testing and final commissioning.</li><li>Review commissioning procedures, test reports, operation & maintenance manuals and as-built documentation prior to project handover.</li><li>Participate in factory inspections, material inspections, mock-ups, site acceptance tests (SAT), integrated systems testing and final handover inspections.</li><li>Assist in reviewing contractor payment applications, variation proposals and claims related to electrical and ELV works.</li><li>Ensure all electrical and ELV installations comply with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), Qatar Civil Defense (QCD), Kahramaa regulations, IEC standards, NFPA requirements and other applicable international standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, technical submittals, inspection records, commissioning reports and as-built documentation.<ol><li>General Responsibilities in Quality, Environmental & Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems <ol><li>Aware of the QHSE Management System.</li><li>Understand the importance of conformance to the QHSE Policy and procedures and to the requirements of QHSE management system.</li><li>Aware of the Customer Requirements (where relevant).</li><li>Aware of the Significant Environmental Aspects and Occupational Hazards / risk in this area of operation.</li><li>Understand the potential consequences of deviations from approved procedures, specifications and safety requirements.</li><li>Aware of current Objectives and Targets in this area and what is the current status.</li><li>Aware of mergency Preparedness & Response.</li><li>Aware of Security Requirements, sexual exploitation and abuse or gender based violence.</li></ol></li></ol></li></ul> Part 5. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process for project materials, equipment, long-lead items, and subcontracted services in accordance with project requirements. Prepare RFQs, evaluate supplier quotations, and conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations with engineering and project teams. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, warranties, and contractual conditions to achieve the best commercial outcomes. Prepare purchase orders, procurement recommendations, and contract documentation for management approval. Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, logistics, construction, and project management teams to ensure timely procurement and material delivery. Monitor supplier performance, expedite critical deliveries, and resolve procurement issues that could impact project schedules. Develop and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors while identifying new suppliers to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance. Proven experience in procuring long-lead items, critical equipment, bulk materials, and subcontracted services for major EPC projects. Strong knowledge of EPC procurement processes, contract administration, supplier qualification, and commercial negotiations. Experience in international and local sourcing, vendor development, supplier evaluation, and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent procurement software, along with Microsoft Office applications. Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPM, or equivalent are preferred. Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work under project deadlines. </div>

<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> مهندس التوريد مسؤول عن إدارة دورة التوريد الكاملة لمشاريع EPC، بما في ذلك الحصول على المواد والمعدات والعناصر طويلة الأجل والخدمات المتعاقد عليها. يضمن الدور شراء فعال من حيث التكلفة، وتسليمًا في الوقت المناسب، والامتثال للمواصفات الفنية، والالتزام بجداول المشروع مع دعم تنفيذ المشروع بنجاح. المسؤوليات الرئيسية إدارة عملية التوريد من البداية إلى النهاية لمواد المشروع، والمعدات، والعناصر طويلة الأجل، والخدمات المتعاقد عليها وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع. إعداد طلبات عروض الأسعار، وتقييم عروض الموردين، والقيام بتقييمات فنية وتجارية للمناقصة مع فرق الهندسة والمشروع. التفاوض على الأسعار، وجداول التسليم، وشروط الدفع، والضمانات، والظروف التعاقدية لتحقيق أفضل النتائج التجارية. إعداد أوامر الشراء، وتوصيات الشراء، ووثائق العقد للموافقة الإدارية. التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والتخطيط وضمان الجودة والضبط اللوجستي والبناء وإدارة المشروع لضمان التوريد والتسليم في الوقت المحدد. مراقبة أداء الموردين، تعجيل التسليمات الحرجة، وحل مشكلات التوريد التي قد تؤثر على جداول المشروع. تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الموردين المعتمدين مع تحديد موردين جدد لتحسين الجودة والتكلفة وأداء التسليم. تتبع تقدم التوريد، الحفاظ على جداول التوريد، وتقديم تقارير حالة منتظمة لإدارة المشروع. التأكد من الامتثال لإجراءات التوريد في الشركة، ومواصفات العميل، والالتزامات التعاقدية، والمعايير الصحيّة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة المعمول بها. الحفاظ على سجلات توريد دقيقة، وقواعد بيانات للموردين، ووثائق مع دعم التحكم في تكاليف المشروع وإدارة مخاطر التوريد. درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو المدنية أو الصناعية، أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة. الحد الأدنى 15 عامًا من خبرة التوريد مع مقاولين EPC ذو سمعة جيدة. ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مشاريع EPC ضمن قطاعات النفط والغاز، البتروكيماويات، الطاقة، البنية التحتية، أو الصناعات. خبرة مثبتة في توريد العناصر طويلة الأجل، والمعدات الحرجة، والمواد بالجملة، والخدمات المتعاقد عليها للمشروعات EPC الكبرى. معرفة قوية بعمليات توريد EPC، وإدارة العقود، وتقييم الموردين، والتفاوضات التجارية. خبرة في المصادر الدولية والمحلية وتطوير الموردين وتقييمهم وتخطيط التوريد. إتقان أنظمة ERP مثل SAP أو Oracle أو برامج توريد مكافئة، إلى جانب تطبيقات Microsoft Office. يفضل وجود شهادات مهنية مثل CIPS أو CPM أو ما يعادلها. مهارات تحليلية وتفاوض وتواصل وإدارة أصحاب الميـن قويـة مع القدرة على العمل ضمن مواعيد المشروع النهائية. </div>
