Build and improve observability across the platform, including logs, metrics, dashboards, alerts, tracing, and actionable production monitoring. Improve incident response processes: detection, triage, mitigation, postmortems, and prevention of repeated issues. Strengthen CI/CD pipelines and release processes to make deployments safer, faster, and more reliable. Work closely with backend, mobile, product, and operations teams to support new features and ensure production readiness. Review architecture and infrastructure decisions with reliability, cost, security, and scalability in mind. Help secure the platform through AWS security best practices, WAF rules, IAM hygiene, network controls, secrets management, and vulnerability awareness. Monitor and optimize cloud costs without compromising reliability. We are looking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project construction and fit-out activities on site. Reporting to Event Director, this role will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery including the installation, dismantling and 3rd party certification of all temporary structures and site services required for the international championship. This includes design, construction, maintenance and removal of temporary infrastructures such as grandstands, broadcast facilities, and operational compounds. Site manager also ensures that all installations adhere to the highest safety, quality and sustainability standards, while supporting efficient site operations and delivering an exceptional event experience in line with international events standards.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Oversee day-to-day site operations before, during, and after the event. Coordinate venue setup, overlay installation, and dismantling activities. Manage site logistics, contractor access, and operational readiness. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless site delivery. Monitor site safety, compliance, and adherence to event operational standards. Identify and resolve on-site operational issues to maintain event continuity. Support venue inspections, testing, and readiness activities.
