<br></span><p>The Housekeeping Supervisor in service operations is to ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall maintenance of facilities within a hospitality or service-oriented setting. They lead and oversee a team of housekeeping staff, assigning duties, providing training, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Additionally, they are responsible for inspecting rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards. </p><br>

<br><p>Ensure that all public, guest-facing, and back of house areas of the hotel are properly cleaned and checked at all times.</p><br> <p>Ensure property health and safety requirements have been adhered to.</p><br> <p>Ensure that all staff are aware of and follow departmental SOP’s and LSOPs</p><br> <p>Coach and guide new team members of the team, putting in place proper orientation training and ongoing training and development for team members. </p><br> <p>Assist in managing relationships with suppliers.</p><br> <p>Ensure records are maintained for linen inventory, uniforms, and other items as applicable.</p><br> <p>Ensure that lost and found articles are stored properly and that the correct logs are maintained.</p><br> <p>Ensure that par levels of linen, towels, and uniforms are current, and in line with the inventory. Assess inventory of, assign for cleaning and inspect rooms.</p><br> <p>Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms.</p><br>
<p>Develop and maintain a motivational working environment within the department and positive relations with other departments.</p><br> <p>Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards.</p><br> <p>Initiate measures to minimize all wastage of materials and amenities used in the department.</p><br> <p>Ensure that proper key controls are in place.</p><br> <p>Control overtime through good management and immediate response to problems.</p><br> <p>Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas.</p><br> <p>Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed.</p><br> <p>Assist Task Force Missions required to support the opening of new properties, and other special events.</p><br>

<br><p>Ensure VIP requirements are fully met as per their request.</p><br> <p>Ensure all special requests are met, with reference to families visiting our hotel with children.</p><br> <p>Need to check pantry and room attendant trolleys at the end of the shift and ensure that to maintain up to standards.</p><br> <p>Ensure that deep cleaning of all areas needs to carry out on regular basis.</p><br> <p>Contributes positively to sales activities and maximizes sales opportunities including being knowledgeable about hotel products, services, and facilities.</p><br> <p>Managing the team members.</p><br> <p>Providing duty roster for the team members.</p><br> <p>Coordinate with the third-party Company for the replacement of no-show team members.</p><br> <p>Checking the grooming standard of the team before releasing them for their duties.</p><br> <p>Ensure the team members are adhering to property Policies and procedures.</p><br> <p>Ensure the team members’ behaviour and characteristic are up to the hotel standards.</p><br><br><br><b>Additional Responsibilities 3</b>
