Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator / Database Systems Engineer to administer and support campus-wide relational databases across production, instructional, development, and enterprise computing environments. Gather relevant information about plant equipment, piping, and platforms and prepare accurate drawings/diagrams using computer aided 3D design and 2D drafting software (preferably, but no limited to, PDS/SP3D, Microstation E3D, AutoCAD, and SPPID) in order to assist in visual communication about plant functions/design, bills of materials (BOM), and management of change (MOC).
Key Accountabilities
Data Gathering
Make site visits and coordinate with concerned individuals/departments in order to collect as-built information about piping and instrumentation, equipment details, and structural pipe supports
Preparation & Updating of Drawings
Prepare Plot plan, Key plan, general arrangement drawings, isometrics, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), pipe support drawings or any other drawings,
Prepare equipmen/piping structural supports/platforms drawings including MTO and BOM, and MOC drawings, in line with Company's drafting standards.
Perform site surveys and prepare As-built drawings according to site measurements.
Update plant drawings as part of Management of Change (MOC) process.
Performing quality checks on drawings prepared internally or externally
Validate consistency between engineering drawings and plant databases (tag numbers, equipment IDs, line references) and escalate discrepancies.
Control integration of vendor drawings into plant documentation ensuring alignment with existing plant design and standards .
Ensure drawing readiness prior to Turnaround (TA) execution by identifying outdated or missing drawings.
Support alignment between engineering drawings and asset management systems.
Ensure proper capture, tracking, and incorporation of field redlines into final drawings with full traceability.
Maintain tracking of drawing status (draft, under review, approved, as-built) and report overdue updates.

Immediately advised the bank’s Legal personnel of such Retail NPL accounts and provide them with relevant legal documentation related to the exposure as early as possible so that timely action can be initiated to avoid further deterioration of the account and or initiate early recovery of the overdue amounts including conducting thorough legal documentation review and security / collateral confirmation and re-valuation to assess the current legal and collateral position of the bank to formulate the appropriate remedial, re-structuring / and collection strategy for such account with the best interests of the bank in mind and or to assist in building up bank’s case against the customer. - Determine updated collateral [real estate and movable assets] values and mark to market values of securities pledged – if any, and assess the liquidity of such collateral to estimate recovery potential upon liquidation scenario execution. - Recommend, in coordination with Retail Collection Unit, engagement of competent and reputable external debt collectors to augment retail collection efforts, especially for overseas defaulters overseas, and manage the relationship by ensuring the existence of a process whereby timely and updated information regarding defaulting / absconding customers is provided to them to help the agencies in their efforts to track such customers; and in turn periodic collection status reports are given to the Department to update us on developments. Design, implement, and manage Azure IaaS/PaaS environments and Azure Landing Zones.<br>
Manage AKS, Azure App Services, Azure API Management, Azure SQL, AVD, and Azure Storage services.<br>
Implement Azure governance and security using Azure Policy, RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access, and resource locks.<br>
Monitor and troubleshoot Azure environments using Azure Monitor and KQL.<br>
Manage cloud infrastructure across Development, Staging, and Production environments.<br>
Optimize Azure resources for performance, availability, security, and cost efficiency.<br>
Develop monitoring dashboards, alerts, and operational runbooks.<br>
Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft security services where required.<br>
Required Skills & Experience<br>
Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure infrastructure and administration.<br>
Experience with AKS, App Services, API Management, Azure Monitor, and KQL.<br>
Strong knowledge of Azure governance, security, RBAC, PIM, and Azure Policy.<br>
Experience with Azure Landing Zones and hub-and-spoke architecture.<br>
Experience supporting enterprise production environments.<br>
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br>
Preferred Qualifications<br>
Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or equivalent.<br>
Azure Security certification and CKA are an advantage.<br>
Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Defender is an advantage.<br>
