Job Summary<p>We are seeking experienced <strong>Traffic Control Personnel</strong> to support safe and efficient vehicle and pedestrian movement across a large-scale operational project in Qatar.</p><br><br><p>The role will involve managing traffic flow, supporting vehicle movements, maintaining safe access routes and coordinating closely with site operations and security teams.</p><br><br>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Control and direct vehicle and pedestrian movement within designated areas.</li><li>Manage entry, exit, parking and traffic-flow points.</li><li>Assist with vehicle queuing and safe movement around operational areas.</li><li>Implement traffic-management and site-safety procedures.</li><li>Maintain clear emergency and operational access routes.</li><li>Coordinate with Security, HSE and Operations teams.</li><li>Identify and immediately report traffic or safety hazards.</li><li>Support temporary diversions, closures and controlled access when required.</li><li>Work outdoors and across shifts as required.</li></ul>
