campaigns in line with the hotel's annual marketing and commercial strategy.</li><li>Support campaigns for rooms, F&B outlets, promotions, events, packages, seasonal offers and hotel activities.</li><li>Coordinate paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to improve reach, engagement, conversions and return on investment.</li><li>Support email marketing campaigns and digital promotions to drive bookings, enquiries and guest engagement.</li></ul><p><strong>Social Media Management</strong></p><br><ul><li>Manage the hotel's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar aligned with hotel promotions, events, F&B activities and brand campaigns.</li><li>Create, schedule and publish engaging content including photographs, videos, reels, stories, required.</li></ul><p><strong>Website, OTA & Online Presence</strong></p><br><ul><li>Maintain and regularly update hotel website content, ensuring information, images, offers and promotions are traffic, social media performance, digital campaigns and online engagement.</li><li>Track key digital marketing KPIs including reach, engagement, traffic, conversions and campaign performance.</li><li>Prepare regular digital marketing reports and provide recommendations based on performance data.</li><li>Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and agencies and partners when required.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, e-commerce or a related role.</li><li>Previous experience in hospitality or hotel marketing is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.</li><li>Experience with Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console is an Job Location:<br><br>Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara<br><br>Overview<br><br>Minor Hotels is an international hotel owner, operator and investor, currently with a diverse portfolio of over 530 properties designed intelligently to appeal to a variety of travellers, serving new passions as well as personal needs. Through our Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow and TIVOLI properties, Minor Hotels operates in 50+ countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe and South America.<br><br>Key Responsabilities<br><br>Transfers & Boat Operations<br><br>Every evening check the schedule for transfers and excursions for the following day. Be familiar with the details regarding the trips including number of guests, their names and any special requirements. Prepare boat set up, according the requirements of the trip and the operating procedures. Always make sure there are sufficient cold towels, beverages and sea sick bands required for each trip. Additionally, during rainy season, make sure that there are enough raincoats and towels available on board. Go through the check list and make sure that everything on the check lis are followed Ensure that if you or the crew member miss a meal while on a trip, coordinate with Launch Section Manager or coordinator, and ensure that the food is prepared for them from the resort or get the meal from the place that you are going. Make sure that the cost of that meal must be the price set by the management unless authorise by Launch Section Manger. Ensure that the boat is clean, set-up and waiting on the guest jetty, 30 minutes prior to each trip, with the crew members. All team members must following the Resort grooming and uniform standards. Make sure all trips are as comfortable as possible for all guests, whilst ensuring their safety and catering to their needs.<br><br>Boat Maintenance & Safety<br><br>Always follow the maritime law, rules and regulations as set forth by the Ministry of Transport & Communication of the Republic of Maldives. Ensure that the Sea Worthy certificate is on board, and ensure all its requirements are followed. Carry on your person your Captain’s License during all trips. Clean the boat and equipment. Ensure that the boat is in good working condition at all times and report any maintenance issues immediately. Follow up maintenance issues with Launch Section Manager or Coordinator until it is resolved. Carry out all the maintenance work of the boat or its engine with engineering department delegates and update Launch Section Manager or Coordinator until it is resolve. Maintain and at times, build anchor points and nautical navigation lights. Always be responsible and take precautionary measures to avoid any risky incidents. For example, ensure there are no petrol leakages that life jackets are available, that fire extinguishers are in working condition etc. In cases of inclement weather, ascertain whether trips can be made and advise Launch Section Manager or Coordinator accordingly. Carry onboard the Boat Mobile phone at all times when you are on duty. Ensure that it is fully charged before each trip. Ensure that on board radio set is in working condition.
