Coordinate and support emergency response activities when required. Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain high performance standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and incident reports for management and clients.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Minimum 5 years of experience in the security industry. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Willing and able to attend client interviews prior to deployment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage teams, respond effectively to incidents, and maintain operational discipline.<br><br>Preferred Qualifications<br><br>Security-related certifications. Valid First Aid Certificate. Valid Qatar Driving Licence.
