<p>We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer with at least 6 years of professional experience building and shipping production software end-to-end. You will own features across the entire stack from mobile and web front ends, through APIs and server-side logic, to cloud infrastructure and third-party integrations. You will work on real, high-traffic systems that power a consumer mobile app and its companion admin/web portal, including event-driven media pipelines, analytics tracking, and cloud-native services. The Maintenance Engineer leverages deep understanding of maintenance strategies in-order to contribute to day-to-day operational maintenance expertise and leadership and supports the Head of Maintenance in monitoring and implementing the strategies for managing the shipyards assets throughout their lifecycle. All works is executed to a high quality & auditable standard that is consistent with the companies integrated management systems and policies. As an officer, a high level of trade skill and experience is demanded and is expected to be demonstrably applied to technical problems and monitoring of trades employees.</p><br>
<br><br>Accountabilities <br><p><u><b>Key Accountabilities:</b></u><br>
1) Develop a deep understanding of the yard specific maintenance strategy and supports the Head of Maintenance in breaking down the strategy into short to medium time horizon work plans and tactics. Supports the implementation of all aspect of the Maintenance Strategy.<br>
2) Operate and maintain HVAC equipment, including but not limited to dehumidifiers, chillers, AHUs, pumps, fan coil units, Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) units, Air Cooled Condensing Unit (ACCU) units, window air-conditioning units, split air-conditioning units and ventilation systems and all its components.<br>
3) Operate and maintain Low Voltage (LV) Power & Lighting system, Elevator, sliding door, Dock leveler, Building Maintenance Unit (BMU), Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) systems consisting of Access Control System, Barrier gate, Intercom and all its components.<br>
4) Operate and maintain other building systems and Plumbing equipment’s consist of potable water booster pumps, circulation pumps, water heaters and all its components. <br>
5) Prepare and manage all spare parts required for the maintenance of the Equipment and related assets. <br>
6) Support the Head of Maintenance in the preparation of maintenance strategies to reduce failure rates of equipment and improve maintenance KPIs.<br>
7) Prepare RCA reports and provide Head of Maintenance with proposals for preventing repeat failures and ensuring lessons learned.<br>
8) Prepare Scope Of Work (SOW), Scope Of Service (SOS) and Tender documentation for sub-contractors works.<br>
9) Supervise sub-contractors and ensure compliance with scope of work.<br>
10) Lead and supervise maintenance technicians.<br>
11) Prepare fit for purpose Work Permits and Risk Assessment for the identification, control and/or mitigation of workplace risk.<br>
12) Maintain maintenance records.<br>
13) Coordinate with relevant authorities and obtain approvals for any changes to systems and structures.<br>
14) Communicate upwards – training needs, process improvement suggestions and follow up on implementation.<br>
15) Schedule and prioritize work considering all available resources.</p><br>

<p>Supervise and approve construction activities and co-ordinate various aspects of project construction including inspections, material submissions and working drawings from contractors, and processing documentation as required. Carry out daily checks on contractor's staff and work carried out during the previous day in order to ensure compliance with prescribed contractual specifications. Handle all aspects of Electrical/Instrument Construction activities including site investigations, site surveys and etc. Supervise and manage installation Earthing and Lightning Protection works. As a member of the Executive Committee, develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees and provides a return on investment.<br>CANDIDATE PROFILE <br>Education and Experience<br>• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area.<br>OR<br>• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area.<br>CORE WORK ACTIVITIES<br>Managing Profitability and Departmental Budgets<br>• Keeps operations team focused on the critical components of operations to drive guest satisfaction and the desired financial results.<br>• Ensures that all operational areas have an atmosphere that is conducive to the overall guest experience.<br>• Reviews financial reports and statements to determine how Operations is performing against budget.<br>• Ensures capital expenditure funds are being used to address the priorities outlined in the service strategy.<br>• Works with direct reports to determine areas of concern and establishing ways to improve the departments’ financial performance.<br>• Strives to maintain profit margins without compromising guest or employee satisfaction.<br>• Identifies and analyzes operational challenges and facilitates the development of solutions to prevent reoccurrence.<br>• Coaches and supports operations team to effectively manage occupancy & rate, wages and controllable expenses.<br>• Reviews the Wage Progress Report and compares budgeted wages to actual wages, coaching direct reports to address problem areas and holds team accountable for results.<br>• Develops an operational strategy that is aligned with the brand’s business strategy and leads its execution.<br>• Makes and executes key decisions to keep property moving forward towards achievement of goals.<br>Managing Property Operations<br>• Strives to improve service performance.<br>• Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding operational goals to produce desired results on a continuous basis.<br>• Ensures brand and regional business initiatives are implemented and communicates follow-up actions to team as necessary.<br>• Ensures core elements of the service strategy are in place to produce the desired results.<br>• Tours building on a regular basis speaking with employees and guests to understand business needs and assess operational opportunities.<br>Leading Property Operations Teams<br>• Establishes a vision for product and service delivery on property.<br>• Champions the brand’s service vision for product and service delivery and ensuring alignment amongst the property leadership team.<br>• Ensures employees are treated fairly and equitably.<br>Managing and Conducting Human Resources Activities<br>• Observes service behaviors of employees and providing feedback to individuals and/or managers.<br>• Hires operations management team members who demonstrate strong functional expertise, creativity and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operation.<br>• Conducts annual performance appraisals with direct reports according to Standard Operating Procedures.<br>• Utilizes an “open door” policy and reviewing employee satisfaction results to identify and address employee problems or concerns.<br>• Stays knowledgeable of leadership talent in the property.<br>• Fosters employee commitment to providing excellent service, participating in daily stand-up meetings and models desired service behaviors in all interactions with guests and employees.<br>At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
