Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, residual values and customer demand to inform purchasing and pricing decisions. Identify and maximise CRM, digital lead-generation and conversion opportunities. Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and performance analysis to senior management, identifying opportunities and recommending appropriate action.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>At least 5 to 7+ years experience in pre-owned/used vehicle management, preferably within a recognised automotive group. A proven understanding of the complete pre-owned vehicle lifecycle, from acquisition and appraisal through to pricing, retailing and disposal. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including gross-profit, budgeting and P&L management. Excellent commercial judgement, with the ability to make informed decisions based on market data, customer demand and stock performance. The personality and adaptability to work closely with senior leadership, listen to direction and implement agreed strategies and processes effectively. GCC or wider Middle East automotive experience is advantageous. Fluent Arabic and professional English are essential. Currently based outside Qatar and willing to relocate to Qatar.</p>
