The role provides overall governance, executive decision-making, commercial oversight, and strategic leadership across all phases of the project from design completion through construction, testing & commissioning, handover, and the Defects Liability Period. <p>The Field Office Manager serves as the administrative and legal representative of Qatar Charity in the country of assignment and is responsible for leading the overall management of the field office. The role ensures the effective implementation of organizational strategies, programs, projects, and operational plans while maintaining strong relationships with government authorities, donors, partners, and other stakeholders.
