Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills to conduct engaging workshops, demonstrations, and classroom sessions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with learners, address questions, and model professional client engagement. Candidates should possess skills in assessing training outcomes, providing actionable feedback, and adapting content based on learner performance and business needs. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in sales training or corporate learning. Ability to work on-site in Doha, manage part-time schedules, and collaborate with diverse, multicultural teams; experience in the education or training industry is an advantage.
