Role Description The Part Time Sales Trainer from the Automotive Domain will design and deliver engaging sales training programs for learners at Edoxi’s Doha, Qatar campus. This on-site role includes preparing training materials, conducting classroom sessions, facilitating workshops, and using practical exercises to build sales competencies. The Sales Trainer will assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust training content based on participant needs and market trends. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align training objectives with organizational goals and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of modern sales methods and customer engagement techniques. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Trainings and Training & Development skills, including the ability to design structured curricula and deliver instructor-led sessions. Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills to conduct engaging workshops, demonstrations, and classroom sessions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with learners, address questions, and model professional client engagement. Candidates should possess skills in assessing training outcomes, providing actionable feedback, and adapting content based on learner performance and business needs. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in sales training or corporate learning. Ability to work on-site in Doha, manage part-time schedules, and collaborate with diverse, multicultural teams; experience in the education or training industry is an advantage.
