Lead and manage all site construction activities from project commencement through successful completion. Develop and implement construction strategies, execution plans, and work sequences aligned with the approved project schedule. <p>The Test & Commissioning Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing testing and commissioning activities for smart city software platforms and associated field hardware deployments. The Security Manager will serve as a key liaison between the mall management and external stakeholders including police, civil defense, and contractors.<br><br>What You Will Do:<br><br>Security Measures<br><br>Plan, direct, and oversee implementation of comprehensive security systems for protection of individuals and the business. Analyze data of internal operations and plan and direct installation of electronic security systems, including closed circuit surveillance and entry controls. Plan and direct personal security and safety of individuals, families, or group visitors of the mall. Conduct or direct surveillance of suspects and premises to apprehend culprits.
