Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions for the Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the project quality management system, monitoring compliance with project specifications and applicable standards, and ensuring that all construction activities meet the required quality standards.<br>Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Location: Nord Anglia International School Al Khor, Qatar<br><br>Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join Nord Anglia International School Al Khor, Qatar.<br><br>We are looking for someone to take overall responsibility for the full operational management of the campus, providing strategic leadership in health and safety, facilities management, contract management, legal and compliance requirements, campus planning, and support staff management.<br><br>The Role<br><br>We seek an individual to join as an Operations Manager where your focus will be:<br><br>Providing strategic leadership for health and safety, facilities management, and campus planning across the school Leading day-to-day management of capital projects, including capex budgets, governance structures, and risk mitigation Overseeing campus renovations, modifications, and large-scale procurement projects, liaising with landlords, contractors, and design teams Managing all third-party contracts and day-to-day operations, including security, cleaning and maintenance, school buses, and onsite catering Ensuring compliance with all Qatar regulatory agencies, NAE standards, and legal and compliance requirements Leading budgeting, procurement, and event logistics across all non-academic functions of the school Line managing the Procurement Officer, Operations Assistant, facilities team, bus support assistants, and medical team Working alongside the Extended Leadership Team on space planning, room moves, and building maintenance activities Advising the Principal on resource requirements and driving cost savings through vendor and supplier negotiation<br><br>The Successful Candidate Will Possess<br><br>University degree Previous experience in this role or a similar operations management role Strong leadership and communication skills High levels of personal integrity Excellent organisational and time-management skills Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and remain calm Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved, with strong adaptability Qatar or regional Middle East experience (desirable)<br><br>About Us<br><br>Please see full job description here.<br><br>Nord Anglia Education is the world’s leading international schools organisation.
