A leading financial institution in Qatar is looking to hire a Procurement Officer to support and strengthen its procurement function.<br>The role will be responsible for managing strategic and operational procurement activities, from sourcing and tendering through to vendor selection, purchase orders and contract compliance. The Procurement Engineer – Civil & MEP is responsible for managing the procurement of construction materials, equipment, subcontract services, and technical requirements for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and MEP works. The role ensures timely procurement at competitive prices while meeting approved specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and contractual requirements.<br><br>The position will coordinate closely with Project, Estimation, Engineering, Planning, Commercial, Finance, Stores, and QA/QC teams, as well as suppliers and subcontractors.<br><br>Roles & Responsibilities<br><br>Review approved BOQs, specifications, drawings, material submittals, and project requirements to identify procurement requirements.
