About the Role The Sales Manager – Facilities Management will be responsible for driving business growth, securing new contracts, and expanding the company's Facilities Management portfolio across Qatar. The role focuses on generating revenue, developing strategic client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leading the commercial activities for Hard FM, Soft FM, MEP Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Hospitality Services, Security Services, Manpower Supply, and Integrated Facilities Management solutions. Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the FM sector. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business performance reports to management.<br>Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Facilities Management Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Management. Proven track record in securing FM contracts, maintenance agreements, and service contracts. Strong knowledge of Hard FM, Soft FM, MEP Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Hospitality Services, Security Services, and Integrated FM Solutions. Extensive experience in tendering, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and bid management. Strong network with government entities, semi-government organizations, consultants, contractors, developers, property management companies, and corporate clients in Qatar. Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, acquire new clients, and achieve business growth targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract management. Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred. This is an international assignment suitable for qualified Lebanese finance professionals currently based in Lebanon who are willing to relocate and develop their careers abroad. Key Responsibilities:<br>Manage the full finance and accounting function for the assigned country operations. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, financial reporting, and management reporting. Monitor project costs, profitability, margins, commitments, variations, claims, retention, and work in progress. Ensure accurate project revenue recognition and compliance with IFRS, particularly IFRS 15. Previous international, African, or emerging market experience is strongly preferred. Oversee the punctuality and appearance of outlet staff, ensuring that the correct uniform is worn and that staff maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to agreed upon grooming standards. Maximize the effectiveness of outlet staff by developing their skills and competencies through appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring. Conduct annual performance management reviews for outlet staff and support them in their professional development goals. Plan and implement effective training programs for staff members. Job Purpose<br><br>The Rig Superintendent is a highly experienced and results-oriented leader within the Operations department, taking overall responsibility for the performance and profitability of assigned rigs.
