Receiving Officer<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Receive and inspect all incoming goods delivered to the hotel. Verify delivered items against Purchase Orders (POs), delivery notes, and approved specifications. Check quantities, quality, condition, expiry dates, and specifications of received goods. Prepare and process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) accurately and on time. Report shortages, damages, incorrect items, or quality discrepancies to the Purchasing Department.
