In this role, you will lead and manage multidisciplinary design activities for building and infrastructure projects, from design development through construction, ensuring effective coordination between design teams, contractors, consultants, clients, and other project stakeholders.</p><p>What You'll Be Doing</p><ul><li>Lead and manage the delivery of multidisciplinary design and design coordination activities for building and infrastructure projects.</li><li>Manage projects through various design stages, including concept, schematic, detailed design, tender, and construction delivery of large-scale building and/or infrastructure projects .</li><li>Strong experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and coordinating between architectural, civil, structural, MEP, infrastructure, and other technical disciplines.</li><li>Experience providing design coordination and technical support during construction , including resolution of RFIs, design changes, technical queries, and site-related design issues.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar and/or the GCC region is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of design processes, construction methodologies, applicable codes, standards, and authority requirements.</li><li>Ability to interpret complex contracts, specifications, drawings, design reports, and other technical documentation.</li><li>Strong project management, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage design schedules, priorities, resources, risks, and project
