The Airfield Driving Program Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the Airfield Driving Program (ADP) at Al Udeid Air Base. Role Overview<br>Reporting to H&S manager, this role is responsible for assisting implementation and driving improvement of HSE management system across circuit operations and major events, whilst ensuring compliance with legal and sporting requirements, where applicable.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Conduct HSE inspections, risk assessments and safety observations. Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) activities and contractor compliance. Investigate incidents, near misses and hazards, including root cause analysis. Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings. Support fire safety inspections and emergency preparedness. Maintain HSE records, corrective actions and performance reports. Support event readiness and on-site safety monitoring.<br>Requirements<br>Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
