Job Description<br><br>We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Senior Account Manager to be based in Qatar. In this role, you will act as the primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with a specific customer or customers in Energy sector. You will understand the customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that Honeywell Process Solutions brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes. Role Purpose<br><br>The Senior Manager, Data Management & Governance leads client engagements that establish or strengthen practical data-management and governance capabilities. The role translates strategy and QDKC-aligned requirements into operating models, decision rights, policies, ownership and stewardship arrangements, committee practices, implementation roadmaps and performance measures that can function within the client's existing organisation.<br><br>The Senior Manager combines governance expertise with hands-on consulting delivery. This includes directing evidence collection, facilitating stakeholder agreement, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that recommendations are implementable rather than theoretical. The role prepares decision material and supports governance activation, but does not assume the client's accountable roles or approval authority. Success is measured by the clarity of the operating model, the usability of the resulting artefacts, the quality of implementation support and the client's ability to sustain governance routines after handover.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Lead governance and data-management workstreams from discovery and assessment through design, activation and handover. Assess current governance maturity, decision rights, policies, data accountabilities, controls, issues and delivery capacity using client evidence. Design target operating models covering ownership, stewardship, committees, working groups, escalation routes and delivery interfaces. Develop and quality-review governance policies, standards, charters, RACI matrices, decision records and implementation procedures. Facilitate agreement among business, technology, security, compliance and data stakeholders on responsibilities and operating rhythms. Translate strategic priorities into sequenced initiatives, roadmaps, dependencies, measures and resourcing recommendations. Coordinate governance links with cataloguing, data quality, master data, sharing, records, security, analytics and literacy workstreams. Establish practical registers and reporting mechanisms for issues, exceptions, decisions, actions, benefits and governance performance. Direct consultants, review deliverables, manage quality gates and maintain alignment between scope, evidence and recommendations. Support adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, communications and role-specific knowledge transfer. Track implementation progress and recommend corrective action without replacing the client's accountable owners or approvers.<br><br>Minimum Requirements<br><br>Education<br><br>Bachelor's degree in data management, information systems, business, public administration or a related field.master's degree preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant education and directly applicable consulting or implementation experience may be considered.<br><br>Professional Experience<br><br>Typically 10+ years in data governance or data management, including 4+ years managing multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated experience designing and activating enterprise or public-sector data-governance operating models. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing senior client stakeholders through policy and accountability decisions. Experience producing governance frameworks, policies, charters, RACI matrices, roadmaps and performance reports. that all Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA), Electrical, Mechanical, and ELV works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with Tier III / Tier IV standards while meeting hyperscale client requirements, quality expectations, and project objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>Construction Planning & Execution</b></p><ul><li>Develop and implement construction execution plans aligned with project schedules, procurement strategies, and logistics requirements.</li><li>Plan construction sequencing, work-front availability, and resource The Forward Maintenance<br><br>Manager holds the relevant maintenance authority for their areas of<br><br>responsibility. They are responsible to<br><br>the Senior Maintenance Manager for all aspects of the products and/or services<br><br>they deliver and for adherence to the maintenance programme. They are<br><br>responsible for the leadership, management and co-ordination of all areas and<br><br>people under their control. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring<br><br>compliance with all regulatory requirements.<br><br>Areas Of Responsibility<br><br>Performance indicators – Ensure the effective leadership of Part 145 activities by setting delivery targets, monitoring progress and developing performance improvement programmes. Responsible for: management reviews; the assessment of escalated issues for impact on Continuing Airworthiness and generating effective resolution, or sponsoring escalation to senior management, as appropriate. Completion of activities – Ensure all Part 145 activities are appropriately documented and the appropriate airworthiness records are maintained on relevant systems (IT / paper based). Ensure all Part 145 activities are performed by suitably qualified, experienced and authorised personnel. Lead the integration of Part 145 activity within the business and in particular the engagement of key stakeholders at all stages of the process. Our client, a leading organisation in Qatar, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Facility Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a prestigious commercial property.<br><br>The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of integrated facilities management services, maintaining the highest operational standards, and leading multidisciplinary teams to provide a safe, compliant, and customer-focused environment.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Lead the day-to-day facilities management operations of a large commercial property. Manage hard and soft FM services, ensuring all maintenance activities are delivered efficiently and in accordance with contractual KPIs and SLAs. Oversee MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety systems, BMS, and preventive maintenance programmes. Manage and develop internal teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure exceptional service delivery. Monitor operational performance, budgets, asset lifecycle, and maintenance schedules. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and asset performance.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years' experience in Facilities Management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proven experience managing facilities within large shopping malls or premium retail developments is mandatory. Strong background in commercial retail environments, with a thorough understanding of shopping mall operations and customer-focused facilities management. Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and outsourced service providers. Sound knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, asset management, CAFM systems, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Professional certifications such as IFMA, IWFM/BIFM, FMP, CFM, PMP, NEBOSH, or IOSH will be considered an advantage.
