<p>The Senior Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of Place Vendôme, including tenant acquisition, retention, and lease negotiation. <li>8–10 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in large shopping malls, mixed-use developments, or retail real estate firms.</li>
<li>GCC/Middle East experience is essential, with a strong network of local and international retail contacts.</li>
<li>Experience dealing with luxury, lifestyle, entertainment, and F&B tenants.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of retail real estate markets, retail trends, and consumer behavior in the Middle East.</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.</li>
