Senior Software Engineer / SME – Oracle OSM, OEP & OEM<br>We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Subject Matter Expert with 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM), Oracle Order Entry Point (OEP), and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) within the telecommunications domain.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Oracle OSM 7.x/8.x cartridges and telecom order fulfilment workflows. Manage end-to-end order lifecycle, including order capture, decomposition, orchestration, fulfilment, and completion. Perform OSM installation, upgrades, configuration, and data migration activities. Develop and enhance OEP middleware components, integrations, notification frameworks, and bulk order management solutions. Job Description<br><br>Must Have<br><br> 3–6 years of experience in integration development, ideally with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Strong command of integration patterns, REST and SOAP web services, and data mapping and transformation. Production experience implementing robust error handling, fault management, and monitoring across integration flows. A methodical, detail-oriented approach to building reliable integrations. <br><br>Nice to Have<br><br> Experience integrating Oracle Saa S applications such as ERP Cloud and HCM Cloud. Develop, configure, and deploy solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Integrate enterprise systems (ERP, HCM, and custom applications) through REST and SOAP web services. Implement data mapping, transformation, and orchestration between source and target systems. Build, expose, and consume APIs, and design integration interfaces. Implement robust error handling, retries, logging, and fault management in integration flows. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows and resolve production issues. Write and maintain PL/SQL and work with Oracle databases for data access and transformation. Document integration designs, mappings, and interface specifications. Collaborate with functional consultants and application teams to gather and refine integration requirements. Experience with data mapping, transformation (e.g., XSLT or JSON), and orchestration. Proficiency in PL/SQL and experience working with Oracle databases.
