<p>Job Description:
To supervise and coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and overhaul activities for lifting equipment, including mobile cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts, and manlifts, while overseeing diesel engine overhaul operations to ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.

Inspection & Troubleshooting:
Conduct technical inspections and root cause analysis for recurring failures.
Review condition reports and maintenance records.

Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company HSE procedures and lifting equipment safety standards.
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe workshop practices.

Team Leadership:
Supervise mechanics, hydraulic technicians, welders, and electricians.
Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain spare parts usage records and coordinate material requirements with stores/procurement.

Coordination:

Qualifications
Education:
