Key Responsibilities Health Program Management Lead the design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of health programs. Develop program strategies, objectives, implementation plans, and performance frameworks. Ensure programs are delivered effectively and aligned with organizational and public health priorities. Program Planning & Budget Management Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans. Monitor program expenditure and financial performance. Monitoring & Evaluation Establish appropriate program KPIs, performance indicators, and monitoring mechanisms. Track program outcomes, effectiveness, risks, and performance. Support public health governance and compliance activities. Reporting & Governance Prepare program reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates. Present program performance and recommendations to senior management and governance committees. Support public health governance meetings. Maintain appropriate program documentation and records. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness and service delivery. Promote evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making. Monitor lessons learned and implement improvement initiatives. Ensure health programs remain aligned with changing public health requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in:Healthcare Management Public Health Health Sciences Healthcare Administrationor a related discipline. Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred. Project Management certification or equivalent project/program management experience is preferred. Required Experience8–10+ years of experience managing health-related portfolios, programs, or initiatives. Strong experience in health program planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Experience working within healthcare, public health, or related environments. Experience managing program budgets, forecasts, risks, and performance. Strong experience managing partnerships and stakeholders. Experience supporting health education and training initiatives. Minimum qualifications:<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs. Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch or capacity planning, product release management), technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
