<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>Senior Advisor –Enterprise Service Delivery will provide strategic direction across the enterprise services portfolio, ensuring seamless integration of service delivery frameworks. Senior Advisor will lead the full lifecycle management for engineering and infrastructure projects, from specification development and tendering through to execution, and closeout. By aligning frameworks with organizational objectives, Senior Advisor will strengthen and enhance operational efficiency and ensure delivery of sustainable value across projects and services.</p><br>Your role<ul><li><span>Provide strategic direction across the enterprise services portfolio, ensuring effective</span></li><li><span>integration of execution, procurement, commercial, governance, and service delivery</span></li><li><span>frameworks.</span></li><li><span>Evaluate the effectiveness of enterprise services and recommend improvements based on international best practices.</span></li><li><span>Lead benchmarking exercises and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.</span></li><li><span>Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence in service management across departments.</span></li><li><span>Provide independent technical and strategic advice on enterprise-level projects and programs, ensuring they are aligned with organisational objectives, service standards, and national development priorities.</span></li><li><span>Review and evaluate business cases, project charters, and feasibility studies, advising on strategic fit, risk exposure, and value-for-money considerations.</span></li><li><span>Advise on procurement and contracting strategies for projects related to service delivery, ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and efficiency principles.</span></li><li><span>Act as an escalation point for critical delivery challenges, providing solutions and recommendations to overcome delays, cost overruns, or quality shortfalls.</span></li><li><span>Review and validate the adequacy of program reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability.</span></li><li><span>Participate in working groups and review panels, providing subject matter expertise to inform high level decisions.</span></li><li><span>Advise on the integration of asset management, digital transformation, and enterprise systems into program delivery to enhance efficiency and sustainability.</span></li><li><span>Ensure lessons learned from previous projects are captured, analysed, and embedded into future service delivery initiatives.</span></li><li><span>Administer and oversee procurement processes, including specification development, solicitation documentation, coordination of bid meetings, amendments, and commercial negotiations.</span></li><li><span>Lead commercial evaluations of RFPs and prepare high-quality Commercial Evaluation Reports, ensuring transparency and compliance.</span></li><li><span>Review and provide recommendations on claims, variations, and time extensions, including Engineer’s determinations.</span></li><li><span>Represent the organization in high-level meetings with consultants and contractors on contractual, commercial, and claims issues.</span></li><li><span>Develop and implement enterprise service delivery frameworks, SLAs, and performance monitoring systems to improve responsiveness, value for money, and customer satisfaction.</span></li><li><span>Lead the Procurement and Commercial team in implementing EPMO strategy, tools, governance, and reporting across enterprise projects.</span></li><li><span>Drive the “Asset Management &amp; Decision-Making” transformation, including development of whole-life cost optimization models, finance &amp; budgeting processes, and aligned procurement procedures.</span></li><li><span>Promote a culture of transparency, operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement within the service delivery function.</span></li><li><span>Ensure that the contract administration is properly carried out by the relevant parties.</span></li><li><span>Monitor and report on the performance of contract administration by the relevant parties.</span></li></ul>About you<p><b>Mandatory requirements</b></p><br><ul><li>University degree from a recognised University in an appropriate field such as, Construction Management, Project Management, Commercial Management or equivalent.</li><li>Chartered status or Professional License from internationally recognized professional institutions or organizations.</li><li>Minimum of 20 years postgraduate experience with experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes. The role ensures accurate data integration, high quality technical execution, and strong customer engagement, with emphasis on AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM), engineering data governance, and digital engineering workflows.</p><p>Your Role Magic happens when you bring great people together! Collaborate with Sales and Project Managers to develop scope, estimates, and technical deliverables. Collaborate with data science teams to integrate predictive models, anomaly detection, and engineering analytics into the twin Configure and deploy AVEVA AIM, including data ingestion, model structuring, dashboards, and search configurations. Integrate engineering, maintenance, and operational data (P&amp;IDs, 3D models, CMMS, Historian, DCS, IoT, SCADA tags, documents). Conduct on-site and remote data validation, configuration, commissioning, and user acceptance testing.
